Max, the counter salesperson, told her he "didn't feel like helping her" and sent her away without even attempting to look it up. When I called to follow up, Max challenged me to "call corporate" and insisted he doesn't take parts off cars. I explained again that the dipstick was literally in her hand with the correct part number, and he still dismissed it, laughed, and repeated that I should call corporate. When he said he doesn't take parts off cars, I asked about batteries, and he added that they only help with the parts they feel like doing. If a salesperson can't value their customers--regardless of age or gender--then they don't deserve our business. I won't spend another dime here. Advance Auto and other stores consistently go out of their way to help, while this location has an employee who jokes around and refuses to assist a young girl simply because he "doesn't feel like it." When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

Each experience was a complete nightmare, rude service department, messy technicians leaving greasy handprints you know the drill you have been there. I decided to try Key for a regular scheduled maintenance; oil change and tire rotation etc. I am so happy with Key and will never go to another dealership as long as I am in the Dayton area. I was treated with respect and kindness. The service writer listened and asked appropriate questions and never talked down to me. I was actually greeted and had a pleasant conversation while waiting in the comfortable waiting area by Mr. Tobey himself. He even thanked me for coming in. In subsequent visits everything from making an appointment for service to the drivers that brought me home when I needed to leave my vehicle has been amazing. Everyone is kind, respectful, pleasant and great experience. Key Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram you have a life long customer!

Then the next day my car starts dying again. So i drop it back off. When i talked to someone there they said to drop it off thursday, theyd get it checked in the next day. I finally say im just coming to grt my car, the owner replies with 'dont hate me' because hes had my car for days and theyve done nothing. So when i pull up my car is gone. I ask where its at and they said the owner drove it up the road. This man pulls in with my car and gets out the car with a bag of chips saying he stopped to get a bag. When i tell you, my gas was on full when i dropped it off, it was on half a tank when i got it back. My interior is covers in mud from then. My carpet needs cleaned now. Its got some sort of tobacco crumbs in it, and i dont smoke. What a waste of time, waste of money, im actually out 240$ with no solution from them at all. Safe to say they will drive your car. Woodman's looked at my car right away and diagnosed a bad thermostat. My car was topped off with anti-freeze and he assured me I could make it to Knoxville Tennessee and get the repairs later. He wouldn't even let me pay for the antifreeze! I made it back to Knoxville just fine. My regular mechanic in Knoxville ordered a part and it won't come for two weeks. The owner has zero responsibility for the work they do and always blame you or the car for their poor lack of care. I took my BMW M4 here for stripped lug nut, which they were able to remove. Then they proceed to over torque the lug nuts where they almost stripped and I barely got them off with a 5 foot breaker bar! I paid them to lower my car which was quoted at 3 hours. They call me to pick it up and it "took longer and charged me almost 2.5-3X more than originally quoted. Their employees don't test drive the car after servicing to make sure what they did was done correctly. Instead they call me that my car is finished and as soon as I drove off to go home, the rear of my car made super loud noises going over bumps. I immediately turned around and they looked at it, and I believe said they forgot to bolt something back. Really professional... then my alignment was off, and I had to bring it back again... they "fixed it" with of course, no paperwork for the alignment to show the before and after spec sheet, and was still bad.. I waited a week if I could just live with it and it bothered me still, especially for this vehicle, it's not a junker. I made an appointment to come back for the 3rd time and they had my appointment time wrong which I was understanding and was going to come back, until the owner comes in and asks me what's wrong "again" and said "I'm pretty tired of working on your car". Is this someone you want to bring your vehicle you work hard for and pay a lot of money for a shop to work on? I told him to refund my alignment and that they over torqued all my wheels after mentioning this issue the 2nd time, but clearly nobody cares here. He got up and walked out and I had to get my refund from the front desk for alignment. I own a business myself, and would never treat my customers this way, nor blame them for something I did wrong and not fix my mistake. Poor business customer service and service in general. Steer clear of this place for your own good.
