A friend just used Midwest Truck Body Solutions so I gave them a call and they were able to quote me same day and get my truck in and start the repair. Price was good, work was done quickly and very well done. Although this is a new place the owner stated they have actually been in business for over 30 years, it definitely showed! They pulled his truck in around 9:30 and called him shortly before 10 and told him the truck was ready and it's going to be $401! They did tell him while he was waiting at the shop that they were going to cut his old ones off and he said that was fine. Never told him while he was there they charge additional for that, which is fine. When we picked the truck up, claim they had to use 2 guys so it's $125 per hour per guy so total was $401. Kevin came out and did cut the cost down for him after I told the hateful lady to take them off. Beware of this place! They are shady and will charge additional to what they quote you! The owner reached out a few days later saying they did charge him $125 to put on his new running boards and they had to cut his old ones off which caused the added charge lol. Guess they charged $276 to cut old ones off. Who knows. The story changed with these people from the day of service to current. Very shady business!!!! I'd look elsewhere. This place is not worthy of a 1 star!

One was a leaking sunroof drainage system which soaked the floorboards and other areas on one side of the car every time it rained! Also, the locks in 3 of the doors were becoming increasingly erratic in terms of responding to the key fob, and one door had suddenly become "unaligned" (for lack of a better word!) and had started making a loud creaking noise every time it was opened and closed. Chuck's kept the car for 5 days, kept us informed during that time, and Andy successfully fixed all the problems for a reasonable price. We were very pleased ... it's been about a month now ... no more drips and the locks and doors are all still working like new.
