I went in super nice and everything, but the man at the front during my visit was anything but helpful. The man at the front was being a rude dick. I asked if there was anyone there that would be open to help me. The man said straight up, "there isn't." And he was not even making any eye contact with me. If anything, he was looking past me and to the side of my head. The more frustrating thing was there was a sign on the windows 'Free Electrical Testing'. I would think that if there's a possible electrical problem, then why not use that to see what's going on. I felt that being on the window was a form of false advertising. After all that, I spent the next two hours going all over town in a circle at least three times to find someone to help me, until finally finding a few people that would at different places. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life, not once. I will not be going back to O'Reilly because of that, NOT EVER.

All visits have been descent!…read more My first trip in was for a nail in my tire (which they didn't charge me for, even though I didn't get my tires there) and the other two times were to have tires I had purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. Each time they were efficient and reasonably priced. My husband also brought in tires to be mounted and balanced for his first visit- everything went well. His second visit was to have his tire checked out and have it mounted onto a new wheel when his other rim cracked. They said the tire looked ok and was holding pressure/no leaks. Well, there was apparently some damage to the tire because it formed a nice bubble in the side wall about a week later- NOT their fault. After sourcing a new tire he went back in to have it mounted, and mentioned that the previous tire did have damage. They covered the mount and balance for him, even though they didn't need to. To top it off, their lobby is clean, staff is professional and friendly, and location is easy to get to.
