Jeff Harper was very helpful in explaining how the electronic dashboard worked and spending a good amount of time demonstrating its' various controls and functions. They employ knowledgeable employees and I believe the owners care about making sure customers get what they need at a fair price. Now you are talking about Corvettes and only Corvettes, so you know you have to pay to play. If you expect them to test every part they carry you don't understand the parts business. They do not manufacture every part, so they have to rely on their suppliers to do their job. If I get a part I am not happy with they have been reasonable with taking it back and replacing it. If you are looking for Corvette parts you have found the right place.

The fair, simple negotiation and process to get everything sorted was awesome. No extra back and forth or drawn out process to add warranties and extra costs. The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up.
