I was sooo happy after leaving here today. I let the lady at the register (sorry I didn't catch…read moreyour name) know that my battery light came on, and I would like to get it read. Immediately, she came out and checked my battery, and it showed it was not keeping a charge. We went back in, and she found the correct battery. I asked if they could swap it out for me, and she said yes. Kalvin came out to swap my battery. He was very efficient and friendly. I showed him that my seals were hanging off of the hood and asked him if they had anything to fix it. He went in and came out with some plastic screws and fixed it right up!! What they didn't know was that I came from another O'Reilly from down the street, and I had a complete 180-degree customer service experience with them. I won't go into detail on here of how bad the other store was. I know that from now on, this is the only Auto parts store I will come to with our 5 vehicles in the future.
