I bought new hid head lights for my car from rock auto and had my mechanic put them in a few months ago . Well my left one went out or is loose . I had a woman help me she had beautiful red curly hair and she was so nice and very knowledgeable. Also answered my questions about weather stripping on my doors and a piece I need for my sunroof . I've came before same shit she's just standing there no help. I came in to get my battery changed cause I have warrant on it & she tell me it doesn't due to it being out of the 3 year limit and that i have to pay $160. Girl if you're broke and trying to make a buck maybe get a second job.I called and went to another autozone and they did it for me with no charge because it wasn't past the 3 years. Went to autozone to check if I needed a new battery because my car died while driving. Eli was awesome. He quickly saw the problem was the battery connections were loose. He tightened them and cleaned them to ensure there was a good connection. Can't say enough good things about Eli and autozone. They are always super nice and helpful. Friendly helpful staff. Though they could stand to hire a few more employees in my eyes. At Some locations honestly they hire people who know NOTHING about a car. But then they hire employees who are on the same level and know what your talking about. I mean HELLO we are at AUTOZONE which means we dont pay bend me over labor rates at a shop. Called in today for some parts I needed to change my brakes. Spoke with Rosa and she answered all the questions I had. I told her what I needed and she said she'd place them on hold for 10hrs under my phone number for pickup. Got there about 30mins later to pick them up and the gentlemen that helped me couldnt find the parts she put on hold. After about 20mins of waiting for 3 people to look for the parts, they could only find 2 of the 4 things ordered. When they checked to see if they could just pull the other parts off the shelves, they were out of stock the entire time. So they referred me to another store location. After calling that location to make sure the parts were there, the manager was nice enough to give me a discount at both locations and apologized for the inconvenience. read more
