He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I checked their inventory online and call ahead, asked if he could put one on the charger and was told by the MGR all of their battery's are fully charged. When I asked the MGR about customer satisfaction, he said, we installed it. I said, that's not customer satisfaction, that's a service. He then said what do you want an apology, Sorry.

I was sooo happy after leaving here today. I let the lady at the register (sorry I didn't catch…read moreyour name) know that my battery light came on, and I would like to get it read. Immediately, she came out and checked my battery, and it showed it was not keeping a charge. We went back in, and she found the correct battery. I asked if they could swap it out for me, and she said yes. Kalvin came out to swap my battery. He was very efficient and friendly. I showed him that my seals were hanging off of the hood and asked him if they had anything to fix it. He went in and came out with some plastic screws and fixed it right up!! What they didn't know was that I came from another O'Reilly from down the street, and I had a complete 180-degree customer service experience with them. I won't go into detail on here of how bad the other store was. I know that from now on, this is the only Auto parts store I will come to with our 5 vehicles in the future. We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak?
