I have always loved dealing with, and for over 20 years all trucks and SUV's have come from Team Ford! Steve Olligas is a great friend and runs an amazing team! Chris Goeschel always answers my call with, what are we getting you now, Chad Rankens makes the magic happen, and James Vidal always seems to work the numbers to make sense for me and my wife! Also, looking forward to all my service work with Mike Smith and his crew. Thank you for the ongoing service and friendship you have all shown! I want to share my horrible experience with Team Ford Las Vegas in the hope of helping others avoid this unprofessional and frustrating dealership!!! They do not care customer AT ALL!!! My experience with Team Ford Las Vegas has been an absolute nightmare and one of the most frustrating encounters I've ever had with a service department. I purchased a brand-new vehicle less than 6 months ago, and with only 8,000 miles, it developed a critical issue immediately after its first service. On Dec 29, 2024, the vehicle displayed an engine oil low-pressure warning and had to be towed to Team Ford Las Vegas. Repairs began on Dec 30, 2024, and from the very first day, I made it crystal clear to Team Ford service advisor Carla that the vehicle would need to be towed back to my home dealership in Irvine, CA, after repairs. Despite this simple instruction and the service being completed on Jan 6, 2025, Team Ford has unnecessarily delayed the return of my vehicle for no valid reason. On Jan 4, 2025, Ford Corporate Case Manager Victoria C. became involved and worked tirelessly to propose an easy solution: Team Ford would pay the towing costs upfront, and Ford Corporate would fully reimburse them upon delivery of the vehicle. This should have been a straightforward process, yet service advisor Carla has been completely unresponsive, uncooperative, and unprofessional throughout. She has ignored repeated calls from Victoria, stalled with unnecessary demands for documents, and created endless roadblocks instead of resolving the issue. Over 50+ emails have been exchanged between myself, Ford Corporate, and Team Ford, yet we are no closer to a resolution. Even when my local dealership stepped in to assist and tried to escalate the matter, Team Ford continued to delay, complicate, and completely ignore the urgency of the situation. As of Jan 17, 2025, my vehicle has been sitting at Team Ford for over 10 days, being held hostage with no justification. This entire ordeal has been caused by Team Ford's sheer incompetence, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer service. It is infuriating to be treated this way, especially considering this is a new vehicle that developed issues due to no fault of my own. What should have been a quick and easy process has been turned into a drawn-out disaster due to Team Ford's blatant unwillingness to take responsibility or resolve the issue. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional this dealership is.

I hired him for four things. The first problem - my car smells badly of gas. He changed the gasket on the fuel pump that is under the backseat. My car still smells like gas. The check engine light was on. And my car sort of starts up slowly. He put the diagnostic tool on the car and it told him to change the thermostat. So I bought the thermostat. He replaced it. Unfortunately, The check engine light is still on, and my car still does not start up normally. It takes turning over many times to start. The third thing I hired him to do was to fix the car vibrating when you hit the brakes at higher speed. I test drove it after he finished the work, but I guess I did not bring it up to high enough speed to feel it vibrate. He basically lubricated the brakes and he said that should take care of the problem. But it did not take care of the problem and the car still vibrates. He claims that he did good work because he lubricated the brakes. But he did not fix the problem. The fourth thing I heard was change the rear camera. That works. one of the three things that I hired him to do, does work better. Now he's over here arguing with me that he did all this work. But he can't seem to understand that he didn't actually fix three of the four problems have. Basically, I paid him almost $500 to do a bunch of work that solved almost none of the problems that I was having with my car. Somehow he feels justified that he actually did some work so he feels like he earned his money. But I didnt hire him to do random work, I hired him to fix problems. He does not seem to understand that.

The owner came to our home and fixed our brakes. He came as promised and delivered. We are now back…read moreon the road again. Thank you so much for helping us. I will definitely call him again to fix the other vehicle's brakes. I will tell everyone about his excellent work.
