Paying unnecessary service. I was ripped off and felt taken advantage. I went to check for wheel alignment. I was out of the shop when they called me that the rear wheels are off track so I agreed to be fixed. Later upon checking the pre measurement, all the specs were green with the note at the bottom " No adjustments are required". I called first to clarify and then they asked me to send the pre measurement paper. I sent to the email but never heard from them. Iam very disappointed for trusting them. read more

5 stars for the free air service. It's so great. No getting out of the car. No figuring out the caps on the tire stem, the pressure gage. No guessing if the compressor is properly calibrated. Just pull up and get right.. Yes, it's a lure to sell other tire services - but when your light is on, when you're headed out on a trip, heading to Discount Tire is a no brainer. Tip them!! Ordered tires and rims online. Very smooth process letting you know if choices fit your vehicle or not. Order came faster than when original appointment was made to have installed. They got me in that morning when I called to see if I could bump appt up. Jordan was immensely helpful and polite when I arrived. Even saved us a few more dollars than what internet quoted. Said it would be hour and a half or so wait time...really was more like an hour! Recommended I come back after 100 miles driven on new tires. I'm pretty shocked about how well my experience at Discount Tire was. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Dennis helped make my trip worth the visit for 4 new tires. He patiently examined the state of my tires and rims for wear and tear. He explained what was normal wear and tear and what needed fixing. I was also able to use my military ID for a discount which saved me about $50 (5%). I'm really happy about that. They also have a texting system where you are notified via text and on their website as to the status of your repair. I was able to use that time to walk to a nearby cafe and sit for a while without worrying about my car. read more

A friends' truck tire was experiencing a slow leak. WOW! Great service for a Saturday morning! Upon arrival (without even asking if we purchased here before) Jacob assures us that no problem, they can remove the tire, dunk it and check for the leak. If they can find and repair the leak, they will, free of charge. Gave us estimated wait time of 45 minutes. Noted that if they were unable to fix they would refer us to someone else. Later we realize this truck has been serviced by Discount Tire before. 30 minutes later, Brandon tells us they found a small screw embedded in one of the tires, reset all the tire sensors and refilled all 4 tires to the recommended PSI. Tuesday, 10/14/25 Although I pulled in 20 minutes prior to closing, a very nice gentleman said that they were still accepting tire pressure checks and told me to go ahead and pull into the garage so that he can check my tires. I explained that one tire was lower than the others, but when he calibrated the tires on the machine, it said that all the tires were the same pressure and it was under what it needed to be. He then proceeded to inflate the tires over the recommended pressure but then explained to me why he added extra pressure in the tire; basically telling me that the weather change, whether it's summer or winter, you would need to add at least three PSI more. Found out his name was Joshua and I'd like to thank him for his excellent customer service and explanation in teaching me how to check my tires and maintain them. My rear tire had been giving me issues for the past couple weeks so I finally decided to take it in. Before heading over, I checked google to see how busy it was. It wasn't as bad so I drove right over. We live across the street so it wasn't bad at all! Super convenient! I walked in to a pretty sparse lobby and waited to be called. Right away the employee who was already assisting someone else greeted me and said that they'll be right over. Didn't wait too long to get called. The rep went over my request and smoothly transitioned through the interaction. He quoted me an hour and a half to which I replied that I'd be happy to wait in the lobby. I prepared myself to sit and watch a show to pass the time. To my surprise, after only half an hour, I got the message saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up! Fernando took my car out of the bay and parked it in front for me. He was super friendly and nice! I apologize, I didn't get the name of the rep who checked me in. He was awesome too! Located off Craig Rd and close to Simmons, right across Outback. I really enjoyed the service that they provided. I came in once the doors were open due to a flat tire. Once they opened they had people waiting to service you. They came out and immediately checked what the problem was. Unfortunately I had to replace the whole tire since it was driven on and wasn't safe. But they also inspected the other tires to see how much tread I have left. But all I had to do was change the flat tire since the other tires were still good. Unfortunately the tire had to be ordered from another shop, which wasn't far away. So they informed me that they would give me a call back when the tire arrives and that they can replace it within an hour. That being said, the tire came in about 3 hours later, and brought the car in to get it change and out within the hour. Overall, the service was great, the timing was accurate, the staff was nice and informative and the pricing was decently priced as expected. My suggestion, go in as soon as you can in the morning, for a more quicker service. Depending on what needs to be done. This is one of my favorite Discount tire place to get my car done. read more

Asked my wife to call into the center to get an appointment for today. obviously didn't want to wait for hours. The person who answered the phone basically gave her every excuse not to simply set up the appointment. Computer issues and waiting till the later part of the day. We are booked like crazy, you would need to come in and wait. Left her questioning their respect of the customer. I have bought tires for many cars from this center. They have never given me any excuses or issues when I have called. To many automotive places here in Las Vegas do not respect women customer, I don't know what it is. I came back a week or so later and he didn't have the tires in the store at this time so he called around and got them delivered to his shop. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Discount Tire, located at 2715 W Craig Rd. in North Las Vegas, on August 5, 2024. My Hyundai Kona had been in a very small crash and required an alignment. The team at Discount Tire initially informed me that due to the forward-facing cameras, they couldn't perform the alignment and advised me to take the car to the dealership. I was understandably frustrated, given the ongoing issues I've faced with this vehicle, including long waits for backordered parts. Almost every warning light on the dashboard was illuminated, and many features of the car were not functioning properly. Upon contacting the dealership, a service adviser assured me that a standard alignment would not require camera recalibration or affect their operation. Despite the initial reluctance of the alignment technician at Discount Tire, I persuaded him to proceed with the alignment. To my relief, the car drove perfectly straight afterward, and the lane assist camera system remained operational. Remarkably, the technician managed to resolve all the warning lights on the dashboard, saving me nearly $900 just in parts that the dealership estimated for replacing all the crash sensors in the front of the car. Thanks to his expertise, my car is now driving straight, and all systems are functional. It was an extremely small crash and I couldn't believe it even triggered the crash sensors but non the less the dealer said to get the warning lights off it would be $900 in new ones. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and professionalism exhibited by the team at Discount Tire. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the technician and the entire staff for their dedication and skill. I bought 4 new tires, but a week later one was flat. After airing it up I went back to only be told I needed new rims. I went to Sin City wheel and Tires for them to remove the tire clean the rim and reinstall the tire. No was wrong with my rim it just had build up on the rim. While Discount Tire service was good when I got the tires installed they were only try to sell me new rims which I didn't need. read more
