After installing a bumper on my husband's 1996 Chevy Silverado they noticed that the shocks were bad, along with the tie rods. He was looking for something to make his truck look better and instead they found something that made it safer for him to return to Arkansas from New Mexico. They even called him the next day on his way home to check on him and see how things were going. You don't find mechanics like them these days. Everything they did for him was above and beyond what was even expected. It has now been over 10 weeks and we still do not have our car back. When they got into the car and found out what was wrong, we paid in full to get it done. they said it would be 7 to 14 business days to get the parts in and would take about a week or two to fix the car. ever since, they have told us we owe them a lot more money then what they originally quoted us. they have continuously lied to us about when the car will be done & they keep changing their story about why it's taking so long. They keep finding other parts that need to be replaced & they wont return our calls. I am 12 hours away and my husband is 3 hours away. They are taking advantage of our situation. If we would have known it was going to take this long, cost this much money & cause this much stress.. we would have taken the car somewhere else. This is not right and this is not how you treat customers.
