Daughter jacked up car in wrong spot, destroying the radiator. Called Auto Zone and there was one in stock! Sent her to pick it up, she was in and out shortly.

I ended up only needing a pry bar and was perfectly happy to purchase one in order to fix my problem, but they promptly found a tire iron in back and let me borrow it without hesitation. It has now been over 10 weeks and we still do not have our car back. When they got into the car and found out what was wrong, we paid in full to get it done. they said it would be 7 to 14 business days to get the parts in and would take about a week or two to fix the car. ever since, they have told us we owe them a lot more money then what they originally quoted us. they have continuously lied to us about when the car will be done & they keep changing their story about why it's taking so long. They keep finding other parts that need to be replaced & they wont return our calls. I am 12 hours away and my husband is 3 hours away. They are taking advantage of our situation. If we would have known it was going to take this long, cost this much money & cause this much stress.. we would have taken the car somewhere else. This is not right and this is not how you treat customers.
