Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. One shop, even though I knew it was a #4 engine misfire, insisted they spend an hour running a diagnostic test to see if it were an injector or something else....for $127! Charles replaced the damaged spark plug (cause of the misfire), the spark plug boot and an oil change for $111. I couldn't be more pleased....

Ohhhh, we will get back to you asap. Lie 2. That never happened. Three hours later I call. Told it will def be done in 2 hours and they will call. Lie 3. You keeping count? Call again twice two hours later. Told I will call you back in 10 mins. Lie 4. Do you think it's over? Nahhh, I only get them on the phone when they are trying to upsell me on things they have no idea about as I'm a new customer, so recommending work based on ether. Then comes the last lie of the day. Lie 5: will call. you back in 10 mins to give you a time to pick it up. Alas, not a word. I get in an uber to get to them before 5:30....so basically 8 hours for an oil change at this point. My car is outside with the few things in the passenger seat thrown onto the dashboard (water bottle, tissue box, hand sanitizer). Never got a call. Just checked out without one word of apology or one honest statement about what created the backup other than 'we've had a busy day' so apparently appointments are meaningless. Hopefully the actual car service does not align with their hideous customer service. A new low for auto repair. Just staggering lack of courtesy.

I only worked with them for a short time - but I feel that they have a high amount of integrity and will treat their customers fairly and with honesty.
