We had an issue with our refrigerator not charging while on battery mode, and had a 12 volt outlet that did not work. Within two hours, after troubleshooting, they fixed both issues. The bill was very reasonable, particularly for the great job and nice attitude they displayed. If I were living within 30 miles of Michigan City, I would make the drive to S & H to have them work on our trailer again. Very very happy with their service.

Not even close to what I ordered and paid for. So I called them and informed him it was wrong. He told me to send it back and he would get the correct one to me. So i sent it out that same day 1-17-24 . I contacted him to see if he received it on 1-25-24. He informed me that he had not. I looked up tracking # and it was delivered and signed for at his home in laporte county. I have a photo of the signature and his home. USPS will not grant me the $550.00 insurance that I put on it because it was delivered and signed for at his residence. So he made $550.00 off me and got his scanner back. And I'm out $570.00 for the cost of the scanner I never received and the cost to ship the wrong item that he sent to me. Never once offered to pay for return shipping on his fuck up. I got scammed by midwest electronics and by tim downs if it is in fact his real name. And it's always someone else's fought my order has the model # and it's for a desktop scanner. This guy couldn't tell the truth if his life depends on it. Must be a cousin of joe Biden. Personal at Firestone took time to call O'Reillys, to replace the shock which was under lifetime warranty. Which was shipped to Firestone over night. Firestone installed the new one, charging only labor. Firestone personal didn't have to do this. They went out and be on their way to help the customer! They put help and customers first! I Thank for this type of teamwork ! Great bunch of guys !!!

He took me to Dave's Garage and I was advised that my tires were no longer in good shape. They did not have any tires onsite and they replaced my four tires on my Escape and also changed the oil. They worked so quickly although they had to obtain tires from somewhere else. They told me they would be done by noon but were done with everything by 1045am. I was so impressed!! Everyone was kind and honest and respectful and worked quickly to finish before noon and explained the steps that were needed for my new tires. I would highly recommend Dave's Garage and would drive from home (which is an hour away) to this repair shop for further car repairs. Thank you again.
