Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

My service from Penske is always great, but this time it was quick and efficient... so quick I didn't even have to get out of the car this time. We recently purchased a used Cadillac XT6 from Tom Roush Lincoln. It came with all weather floor…read moremats but not the carpet type floor mats. I searched craigslist for floor mats and found some for sale by an individual in Anderson that were perfect for our vehicle. Upon arriving at the seller of the floor mats, it turns out that HE was the previous owner of our XT6 and he had traded it in at Roush a few weeks back. He advised us that not only did he trade it in with the carpet floor mats, but also a luggage cover and mesh cargo net. I called Tom Roush and asked our salesperson about these items. His response was that they did not have those items and that we purchased the car based on what was in it on the lot. Okay, so they lied, because obviously they did have those items. Other issues, they low balled the trade in value of our 2020 XT6. Two days after we traded it in they were selling it online for $6000 more than they gave us. I know they all do that but that seems excessive. I would be very wary of Tom Roush Lincoln. They are not honest.

After…read more9 months of my own research and a personal conversation with Graham Rahal, I decided to go with the Lingenfelter by Corsa exhaust. Personally knowing Ken Lingenfelter was a strong consideration in this selection and Graham making a strong recommendation as well. July 29, 2021 I placed my order through outsourcing by GRP and within 4wks the unit was delivered and I was put on schedule for installation. My car was dropped off and I can say it was treated with care. The guys at the shop worked on my car and ensured it was right as well as perfect before returning it to me. Alex Sweet kept me apprised of the situation with my car, as far as where they were in the installation and re-calibration of the valves. I can say the shop had paperwork that detailed my cost on parts and labor and the expectations I should see once completed. I couldn't be happier with the end results of my car. When I came to pick the car up everything was explained and shown to me, of the operation. I've since made several referrals for GRP, especially when it comes to C8 Corvette performance work. Three days after getting my car back I personally got a phone call from the automotive world renowned Ken Lingenfelter who inquired not only about the namesake exhaust on my Corvette but my experience at GRP. I had nothing but great things to say and Ken hopes to be able to have an automotive performance facility in the Indy Metro area that is certified to handle the Lingenfelter product line of LPE parts. So, with all that's been said about Graham Rahal and his GRP shop, I wouldn't allow anyone else aside from them, to do work on my car, at least work of this caliber.
