I had taken my truck to a GMC dealer for an electrical issue (my left turn signal and markers lights were out and it was not the bulbs), and after they took my $100, they told me that they may be able to fix the issue for $900, but there were no guarantees. So, I brought it here. They were able to schedule me right away and Scott had everything working within a couple of hours. By the look of their parking lot, they must have a contract with all the police in Central Indiana. It is full of police cars. That is a testament to how good their work is. They do lights, tint and other vehicle customization. They also sell attire. They are auto electrical experts/gurus. They have reasonable pricing and great customer service. The shop is co-located with a body shop and tow truck company. It is a very clean shop with a few displays up. I give this shop my highest recommendation. They have a very honest and knowledgeable team of technicians that can work electrical and installation magic. Please check them out for your automotive electrical needs. You will not be disappointed.

    I have visited this location before and received great customer service. Today's visit went above…read moreand beyond. I came in knowing that I needed a new battery. The gentleman that helped me was very polite. He informed me that due to weather conditions, they were not installing batteries but would be happy to offer me a discount for the inconvenience and the tools to change the battery. I told him I had never changed a battery but didn't have another option. The location didn't have my battery in stock, so he called a different location and put the last battery they had on hold for me. He assumed my car wouldn't start so he brought out the battery charger. After 10+ minutes of standing in the cold, my car wouldn't start and the attendant offered me a deal on the more expensive battery. I took him up on his offer and we went inside. He grabbed the battery and the cart with the tools and he followed me outside. Fully expecting him to head back inside, he decided to stand outside and walk me through the steps and prepare the proper tools for me. What would have been a lot longer ordeal turned into a 10 minute learning experience. I couldn't be more thankful for this person's kindness and excellent customer service.

Every time that I arrive at this location, there is at least one employee outside the entrance smoking, and begrudgingly ending their smoke break after I have entered the store. They then go and stand at a computer. That's it. No questions are asked and no assistance is offered. During my last visit, I purchased windshield wipers for my daughter whose blade had been detached from the wiper. After telling the associate what I was looking for, they typed in the make and model and told me what I needed. There were lots of options, so I asked which I should get. He then walked me over to the aisle and we both just stared at all of the available options. I thought that he was trying to decide which to suggest, but after a minute or so of just staring, he asked which I wanted. I laughed. I had no clue. After my purchase, we left. I don't know what the policy is regarding assistance with installation, but in the past, an associate would always ask if I needed help putting them on. It was raining that night, and I would have gladly accepted the help, but none was offered. When I got home, I found out that I could've just purchased a replacement blade rather than the entire windshield wiper assembly. I'm now reading others' reviews regarding how associates installed batteries for them and were very helpful in other ways. I don't know why I haven't been privy to the same level of service.

    I bought a certified 2017 Chevy suburban. I had two different shocks on the rear. Refused to…read morereplace until I involved gm and their general manager. Next my electronics went crazy. They blamed radio, while all instrument clusters were freaking out. Replaced radio. It happened again they said had to update radio. Never acknowledged its electronic. It's happening again. To top it off with 67500 miles on it my transmission crapped out on me 320 miles from home. Limited power train warranty ran out September 23rd. They gave me partial policy number on extended warranty I purchased. Also never honored the 12000 mile warranty just billed my extended warranty for electrical issues. Nor did the add the extended warranty to start after 12,000 mile one year warranty. I'm here without a car. 300 miles from home and can not get a rental car until a ticket is generated for repairs. No loaner from Dutch Miller Chevy either. Although I'm happy to say it's a day later now and my husband drove 8 hours to get us and drive us home. Still no ticket to get a rental unless it's my own expense. Waiting on a diagnosis and a estimate to be sent to Fidelity auto warranty. Pitiful $40 a day rental reimbursement on a platinum warranty I was sold. They also damaged my bumper in the service dept. last time it was there. Guy 4'11" drove my car out of the garage. Nice looking corner of a tool box dent covered with touch up paint. Accused me of it being a professional repair I had to turn into insurance. Horrible sales dept smiling when they twist the knife in your back. Smile at you in service and laugh at you when you leave! Mobil one is supposed to get 7500 miles to an oil change. Set at 2500. Don't buy their premium upholstery and paint protection. It's worthless and I'm sure it's a spray bottle of something as you can see the drips. My carpet has no water resistance and as far as paint protection it's just not viable. Rust in the inside of my rear passenger door step. Paint warranty ran out in 22. Go to Bloomington Indiana and check out their GMC dealership. This dealership was sold about 5 years ago and no longer has the families reputation behind it. $50,000 certified vehicle not even worth my $660 payments. Hare Chevrolet no longer holds pride in its name.
