I have taken my car to K&N when dealership says they can't duplicate the problem I am having. Owner is willing to take the time to duplicate the problem and fix it! I had brakes replaced at dealership. Rotor was out of round but problem did not happen until car had been driven on highway for a while. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) explained problem. I was told there was nothing wrong with brakes. So I drove it until it got really bad, but decided not to bother with dealer (work was still under warranty) and I took the car to K & N because I knew the owner would listen and believe me, which he did, and he fixed the problem,

AutoZone has a diagnostic tool to figure out why the light came on for free which was super easy to use. The report said that we had air flow issues. Abel Soto, Store Manager, was extremely helpful and explained to us what the problem was and how to resolve the issue. He even said that he would come out and help us as soon as another employee returned from making a delivery. We replaced something and cleaned something and Abel reviewed our work and said we were good to go. I'm happy to say that we made it home without the check engine light turning on again! I am so glad that we headed to AutoZone. Abel's customer service was amazing.
