I paid and waited…read more FINALLY received my parts, but while every single thing fit well I noticed the front pads didn't even try to fit, too far on the slide ears. When I messaged them they immediately blamed me for ordering the wrong parts, I know what I ordered...It was for my car. They sent me an RMA for the pads.....but then sent me rotors.....when I messaged them to figure out what was going on they kept giving me the run around, to the point of ultimately ignoring me. eBay, a service that I have since stopped using following this debacle, absolutely refused to assist me in my issue with the seller (Brake Overstock) and pretty well told me to kick rocks, I deleted my account following that correspondence. This is a dishonest, trashy company with no morales or proper functioning mental compass Avoid them like you've avoided COVID.....

I recently came here because my normal go-to shop didn't have a fuel filter in stock so I came here and gave this store a chance. Thankfully they had it and actually at a much better price for a reputable brand and I couldn't be happier. Staff though is constantly flooded with business,customers and people coming in dropping off stuff while the whole shop is being ran by 2 people. Show up on a Monday around 11am, immediately get service and a smile, and they pull the parts I ordered. Turns out one of the wipers is the wrong size. They grab the right one, make sure the replacement doesn't screw up my discounts, and I'm in and out in about 20 minutes. Brilliant! Customer service was top notch when I was there and I haven't had any issues with my battery or wipers yet.
