When I messaged them they immediately blamed me for ordering the wrong parts, I know what I ordered...It was for my car. They sent me an RMA for the pads.....but then sent me rotors.....when I messaged them to figure out what was going on they kept giving me the run around, to the point of ultimately ignoring me. eBay, a service that I have since stopped using following this debacle, absolutely refused to assist me in my issue with the seller (Brake Overstock) and pretty well told me to kick rocks, I deleted my account following that correspondence. Show up on a Monday around 11am, immediately get service and a smile, and they pull the parts I ordered. Turns out one of the wipers is the wrong size. They grab the right one, make sure the replacement doesn't screw up my discounts, and I'm in and out in about 20 minutes. Brilliant! Customer service was top notch when I was there and I haven't had any issues with my battery or wipers yet.
