I will definitely be a customer going forward. I dealt with Brian. He is amazing. He explained everything I needed done. He explained the noises I was hearing so I left my car there and they are very busy. Brian called me back and told me what I needed. He said he would try and get the car fixed by Saturday so I asked him if I can make an appointment for during the week because I needed my car to get home and to go somewhere the next day. My car really wasn't safe. The axle was making a loud clunking noise. He went out of his way to have my car ready by closing time Friday. The work that was done to my car was top notch. Reviews about this guy I will be seeking a AAA Service Center or back to the Dealer. Rob you will be missed! ----------------------------- UPDATE 5/29/16 - for some mysterious reason the 3 original reviews that gave "Briarcliff Auto Services" 1-2 STARS mysteriously disappeared into thin air. I know of two women who brought their cars to Briarcliff in April 2016 and were not happy with the service they provided or the way they do business. Here are the following reasons why these two women were not happy: 1) The office asked them to bring a "check" to pay for the services performed on their cars (which they both refused to do - they paid by credit card.) 2) One of the ladies had an unauthorized charge on her bill for OVER $50 just for them to look at the car, they gave her some BullSxxt story on why the charge was there - Honestly, if it were me I would dispute the charge with my credit card company or bring them to Small Claims Court for services not authorized! 3) They had to ask the office to give them an itemized receipt for what the work that was performed on their cars. Briarcliff tried to hand them a bill with just the Total Payment Due. Crazy if you ask me. ***All and all, a note to Rob's former customers - Briacliff Auto IS NOT DOUBLE R! and you should do some Google research on your own about this new place before dropping your car off for servicing. As a former customer of Double R, I read the 3 Reviews that mysteriously disappears from YELP! and am taking my car to trusted AAA Auto shop for servicing. As one suggested - I STEPPED ON THE GAS! And Drove off the premises as quickly as I could!!!
