We recently had the pleasure of working with Nick in the Claims Department at DOWC (Driver's…read moreOptions & Warranty Corporation). Although Nick specializes in handling claims, he went above and beyond by successfully assisting us with our GAP Insurance needs as well. In addition to this, we experienced an issue with our login information that was tied to our contract number. Nick was very professional and took the time to carefully troubleshoot the issue. Through his strong problem solving skills, he was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it to our complete satisfaction. We were enormously impressed with Nick's customer service skills, professionalism, and his willingness to go above and beyond. Nick was extremely polite, maintaining professionalism at all times, attentive, and detail oriented in walking us through the GAP information and properly submitting it on our behalf. His attention to detail and his ability to understand the matter and resolve it efficiently left a lasting impression on us. We were so pleased with the outcome that we wanted to take time out of our very busy schedule to recognize Nick for the outstanding service he provided. Nick demonstrated himself to be a constant professional and a valuable representative of DOWC. It is our sincere hope that ownership and upper management at DOWC see this review and recognize the importance of employees like Nick, individuals who not only excel in their positions but also show the ability to multitask and perform beyond expectations. We truly feel that he should be considered for recognition at a management level, such as a promotion. Thank you, Nick, for going above and beyond to care for your customers and to ensure that everything was handled properly. Your professionalism and dedication are greatly appreciated. We will also be leaving this review on social media and with the Better Business Bureau to recognize DOWC as a certifiable business that performs well above expectations and delivers exemplary care to the customers needs and service.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would definitely do that. I know someone very close to me…read morethat was offered a job with this company and after he excepted the job offer and was given a start date. He put in a two weeks notice at his current company. After he put in his two week notice then he received an email regarding a background check which he had no problem with this company pulling because he knows that he has not had anything on his background in more than 15 years. He has worked very hard over the last 15 to 20 years to turn his life around. He has been to college multiple times and has completed multiple certification programs. He has more than enough experience and he is professional at all times. He has not had any legal issues at any job that he has worked for. In the last 15 to 20 years he has had no work related issues only praises for the great work that he does. This company ran his background after offering him the position and giving him a start date. He was told that due to the information that was found on his background from over 15 years ago that the offer was being rescinded which actually in my opinion is very unprofessional to offer a position and provide a start date then do the research on the person that you have already chosen as a great fit for the position. Simply due to something this person was accused of doing when he was barely an adult. I understand taking accountability for your actions which is why he did not deny the allegations because he shouldn't have been there in the first place. I believe the company did their due diligence as they should have done prior to giving him a start date, he was allowed ample time after he signed and returned the offer letter. He put in a two week notice at his workplace because he was under the impression he was hired. I simply wrote this to make others aware of the backwards process of which they do their hiring. How they treat their employees says alot about the company.
