Tom was kind, came out to look at my car (while it was raining). He then spent time online, and then on the phone with local distributors. He found the exact part I needed, and then Tom personally drove to pick it up from a distributor in Annapolis! I didn't know how to install it, so he came outside with me again, and spent 30 minutes with me and made sure it was installed perfectly. This type of service is so very rare and appreciated. When I reached out to Chestertown Auto Parts/Marine, I was informed that Chestertown Goodyear would not honor any warranty because I didn't bring the broken down vehicle back to their shop. I was given a general Goodyear number to call for reimbursement, but was told since the Chestertown location was an independent Goodyear service center, I had to contact Chestertown again for assistance.
