I had to go in there to get windshield wiper fluid and some oil they had a sale on oil buy one get 1/2 off so I saved nine dollars windshield fluid was 4.99. $822 for three products. I guess that's good. It was needed. Customer service was good helpful when I walked in asked me a car I had sent me to the right direction. read more

I was here the other morning for some license plate screws. Sounds easy right. Well seems there are various types of screws for license plates. I have a sample but all the ones on the rack are in those plastic packs. Very difficult to see if they match up. So I say to the counter guy, if it's the wrong thread can I bring it back? No problem he says, he pulls out an impressive shiv, that's slang for knife, and cuts open the pack and gives me one to try. Works perfectly. I'm happy. Now this store is just a couple of years old. Good location, on the evening drive on Route 347, and next to Eager Beaver Car Wash. after you get a car wash, you can pull in here for any auto needs. When I was there I noticed a sign saying that they lend tools. Great marketing. As for me, I never open the hood on my car, I just bring it to the dealer because I haven't worked on a car since I was a teen. In those days if you had s problem, just adjust the points, or turn a couple of screws on the carburetor and you're good to go. Back to this store. So yes I recommend Auto Zone for all your auto parts needs. BTW, they're across the street from Pep Boys, an auto parts store I will not patronize, but I'll tell you about that another time read more

The little engine that could! How a chain opened right across the street from Pep Boys, I give them mad props. I didn't feel like whipping around to Pep Boys after my car wash so I swung in for some Zip Car Wash soap as well as spray wax and some rubbing towels. Literally the only decent AutoZone on Long Island. It isn't perfect, but at least the staff tries hard to help you, and are polite. The make a big effort to get you what you need. Customer service was really fast and friendly. I had to buy a new radiator cap because my OEM radiator cap broke. I also had to buy 5W-20 Oil because my car burns oil like crazy. I went into this Autozone to get snow tire chains and I asked the worker with the scars all over his face if they had them in stock and he said no I asked him to check the system to see if any other autozone carried them and he said you can go over to Mavis maybe they have them and I said mavis is too expensive I asked him to further help me find a place that carries them and he stated do you know how to use the internet if so go online and look as he was stating this he was using his hands to further explain what he was stating what I mean by this is he was making typing movements with his hands as if I did not comprehend what he was saying or I was dumb very nasty guy very bad help never going here again I will stick with going to advanced auto parts read more
