I went in super nice and everything, but the man at the front during my visit was anything but helpful. The man at the front was being a rude dick. I asked if there was anyone there that would be open to help me. The man said straight up, "there isn't." And he was not even making any eye contact with me. If anything, he was looking past me and to the side of my head. The more frustrating thing was there was a sign on the windows 'Free Electrical Testing'. I would think that if there's a possible electrical problem, then why not use that to see what's going on. I felt that being on the window was a form of false advertising. After all that, I spent the next two hours going all over town in a circle at least three times to find someone to help me, until finally finding a few people that would at different places. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life, not once. I will not be going back to O'Reilly because of that, NOT EVER.

But not to worry, they had the three parts as i needed and could pull them quickly when I got there. So after suffering another minor stroke, my wife drove me all the way there only to fine that they did not have the steering wheel in the front room already as one of their people told them, they only had one rusted tailgate that matched my truck instead of the two they said they had fire me to choose from. And had to walk out the back forty to look as they had there driveways blocked with a couple other wrecks. And then the truck that was supposed to have the other tailgate was non existentent other than a single passenger door left where the truck one was. Then the Driver side mirror they said they had play off over the phone? Well, the door was there, not not the mirror. I have no intention of ever calling or going to them again, as when the guy who said he would be back in a bit to look for the steering wheel when he got back from running an errand??!? I just got back into my car and told my wife to just drive! Those guys couldn't find their proverbial derrierre with both hands! And I recommend that unless you live real close to them, either demand they identify , pull the part (s) your interested in and send you pics before you even leave your driveway! As for prepaying? HAH!!! If they ever put you on hold, and you here music while on hold, I recommend they most appropriately play 'Mickey Mouse' Oh, and thanks for the hour wait for nothing and the 1-3/4 hour drive back during rush hour! LOSERS!!!!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank James in service for his exceptional customer service. About a…read moreweek ago, my windshield wipers broke in the middle of a downpour on the freeway. It was a very scary experience and I'm lucky we were able to get off the road safely. My first call was to Haselwood Buick, as I live right next to them and it would have been safest to get my vehicle there and not risk driving in the rain again. They told me they had no appointments for over a month and a half. December 29th, in fact. I even mentioned that I saw safety recall notices online in regards to this and could they please look that up. Nope. Rude and uninterested in helping at all. What????? I called Grey Chevrolet to see if they could look at my car instead, though the drive there would be dangerous because it's much further away. They told me to bring my car right in if I could, as this is a safety hazard. I threw in some Rain X and made it there. There was a bad storm and their power was out so they couldn't do much to help in the moment. James was incredibly kind and refused to let us drive our car back home until they could work on it. He got us a ride home from an employee there and promised to look at our vehicle as soon as their power was back on. He called a couple of hours later. Car fixed!! There was a safety notice out for this exact problem and it was fixed right away and for free, and didn't even involve my extended warranty. I am so grateful that James was willing to look this safety recall up, fix my vehicle and offer such wonderful customer service and genuine concern. I will be back to this service center and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you James!!!!

Three days went by and I gave them a call to see if my car was ready, they said it was not. Finally after 7 days of having my car they said that it was ready to be picked up. When we went to get it, the paint was completely orange peeled and the hood was not aligned correctly whatsoever. My husband told them that they needed to fix it and they were apprehensive at first claiming that it was good work, but once he showed them what was wrong they agreed to fix the poor work. When we returned two days later to pick it up, it looked even worse. So for a third time we left the car there to be fixed. This time they forced us to pay an extra $200 in addition to the $1,425 I already paid or I could not pick up my car. I wasn't going to write a review about them because the man in the office was very apologetic, but now that only three months have passed and my bumper has popped out I feel like others should be aware of the terrible work that these guys have done to my vehicle.

I rented two sets of tools to fix my water pump paying over $160.00 rental. Half cash and half debit card. Two days later returned both sets of tools and got $76 cash back and the rest returned to my cash app card and bank card, then noticed that the money was deposited but then taken back off my accounts. So I got hit for over $80.00 by this company plus I was shorted $6.00 total. So I ended up not even getting all my money back.. only half. And to add insult to it all I walked out of the store after buying an $8.00 socket and the alarm went off as I left and the dude followed me out the store and accused me of stealing. I emptied my pockets and they took the security tab off the tool I bought and scanned it again really fast but they continued to accuse me of stealing. But I'm the one missing$80.00. Never go here. It sucks.
