I had my oil changed at the Gig Harbor branch of Jiffy Lube a few days prior to visiting this location. Oil was leaking pretty badly so I stopped by here to get some help. Shawn was the only employee working as the shop had just opened, but he was happy to take a look. After about 45 minutes of looking and having to drain all of the oil from my car, he came back to tell me that something was wrong with my oil pan plug and likely the Gig Harbor shop had done some damage. He told me I should go back there and take it up with them. Shawn put a temporary plug in my oil pan and refilled the oil. When I asked what I owed him for his time and the oil, he said it was all part of the job and he was happy he could help. I really appreciated the time he took to figure out the problem and provide a solution. He certainly didn't have to do all of the work and refill the oil at no charge; that was unexpected. And what's even better is he did all of this with a happy, positive attitude. I will absolutely be visiting this shop in the future for my oil changes. read more

Steer away from this Jiffy Lube. Didn't have the filter for my car. Went to the Jiffy Lube by Fred Meyer. This one quoted me $133 but the one further down Bethel Quoted $155. Also you will need a front end alignment as you drive to the back. Huge puddles covering up deep potholes! read more

Oil change, transmission fluid flush, differential fluid change and Fuel injection flush. All services done quick and the guys were great. Austin was our go to guy and he was super friendly. We spent 700+ today but much needed especially that we are a long way from home. The wait was not bad. We got in when there was autos being worked on. Some idiot from this place broke our dipstick and then tried to say it wasn't their fault. I have owned cars for more than 20 years and worked on them too. I have never ever had this happen. I guess I'm going to be the bringer of bad news. I feel bad, but also feel the need to let you all know what happened. My husband asked me to go to Jiffy Lube as our oil was low and he checked it just yesterday and added some extra oil. When I pulled into JiffyLube I noticed the attendant, a female, struggling with something under my hood. Then she grabbed the manager and he came over. Then all three people who worked there had a little powwow in the corner. The attendant servicing, getting my info and all of that, came and told me the dip stick had broken and, "who changed your oil last?" My husband just used the stick and it was in perfect order. The manager and the two attendants denied any involvement. Bull...a bunch of bull. So now I have a broken dip stick stuck in my engine. Never, ever, ever going to a Jippylube again!! I knew better and I did it anyway. Not happy!!! read more

SO GLAD I FOUND THESE GUYS! I normally avoid drive-in places like these but I've been putting it off for too long and my car really needed a oil change, filters changed, and a lot of fluids were running low. When I called, Cameron, was very professional and also informative on what they charge and what they would do for me. When I arrived they saw me right away and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. They have new management and it is rockin!!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys! The battery with the installation was even cheaper than if I had bought it on a my own. So today I am back, great customer service... And they are even going to change my headlights out for me! I went to Jiffy Lube on Bethel a couple months ago to have my oil changed. Let's just say things didn't go as planned. I had a filter that started to leak. I went back and they took care of it. These folks do "stay-in-you-car" oil changes, which is great. You stay in your car, maybe make a quick phone call, and you're done. I was out in 5 minutes, which saves me A LOT of time! Went in for a simple oil change, Something I could have done myself but did not have the time to do so. Two weeks later my engine throws a rod and blows a football sized hole in the block. Damage that is only possible from a lack of oil or low oil pressure. Hence lack of oil. Had my mechanic inspect it and jiffy lube sent a mechanic to also inspect the damage. Both of them agreed that mistakes were made on behalf of jiffy lube and that the damage occurred from a lack of oil. I have been here many times before, however; on this particular day, one of the employees who's job is to drain the oil, change the filter and put the oil drain plug back on, was new on the job and training. "RED FLAG". The corporate office and claims departments refuses to pay for the damage or even refund the service I had done by their staff. Came into to get a standard oil change today. The level of service today provided by Austin exceeded my expectations. I ended up needing a new battery and Austin went above and beyond to get a new battery delivered within 15 min since they didn't have it in stock at the shop. He even made sure that the battery I bought came with an amazing warranty. He was honest, friendly, quick, and most importantly genuine. The last time I got an oil change they told me my air filter needed replacing so I said ok. I know at these places you pay a premium for something you could get at the auto parts store so I was expecting around $20. When it came time to settle up, they charged me $60 just for an air filter!!! My bad for not asking the price ahead of time, but that's just robbery. You need a better reason to take money from customers other than just b/c you can. This location will never get my business again. read more

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get an oil change as i always do, and when I get there I see one car in two of the three bays with one car waiting on each side. I ask how long the wait would be and she says 25 minutes which is normal. 25-30 minutes into my wait the car in front of me leaves so no car in that bay, and then one car in bay next to me. At that same time an employee walks by with a couple pizzas. They have three people working on one car for another 25 minutes while I don't move into my open bay, and the other two guys inside I imagine eating pizza. So I am an hour an five minutes in and guy comes out and says they are ready to move car into bay, I said I would feel more comfortable doing it myself as I have many times(I come to Jiffylube all the time with owning 5 vehicles). They say that they cannot allow that? All of the sudden after years of coming here they cannot allow it? I was already irritated for the long wait while watching 5 employees barely lifting a finger, so I decided to cut my losses and leave. I have had many successful very quick Jiffylube visits, so I am not sure why this location dropped the ball. I will also be reaching out to corporate to let them know about my negative experience. read more
