Purchased HRE Flow 10 wheels on Jan 5, 2026, supposed to be delivered to Lakewood D.T. by no later than Feb 2026 (so a month later at the latest). NOPE... No delivery in Feb, then No March, then No April, then No May, then No June, then No July... until finally delivered on Aug 5...exactly 7 months to the day since I paid for them... YIKES. Suffice it to say, Lakewood D.T. and I both learned a lot about HRE Wheels. Oddly I bought my Flow 11 wheels for my Audi RS7 and it took about 5 days to get those wheels from California (so I assumed a similar outcome for my Audi Allroad). This time for my Audi Allroad, it took 7 months. Couple of notes in this storyline: We learned that HRE does not make their FLOW wheels, they sub-contract them out to a company I have not heard of or remember. But HRE does not tell anybody this. So, they make excuses month after month while secretly deferring to an unknown wheel contractor in TAIWAN, which is where HRE are made (supposedly). So, I was riding around with some MSW wheels I bought on Jan 3 from D.T. that I did not like and immediately wanted to exchange them for the HRE I bought 2 days later on Jan 5 thinking I would have the HRE in 5 days similar to my RS7 example... Well, 7 months later they finally arrived. D.T. did not charge me for the MSW Wheels on my Allroad (I offered $200 towards the $1200 they cost for being forced to drive them for 7 months), D.T Lakewood knew I tried to trade them in but HRE screwed D.T. and me on the MSW exchange. So, I got a REFUND for these unwanted MSW wheels (thank you to SAM). Needless to say, the FLOW 10 HRE are unbelievable ART for my ALLROAD, just pure Rembrandt's or Michelangelo's in wheel form. PURE ART making the look of my car just POP... Sam is the NEW assistant manager taking over for Gilbert, and is as understanding and polite as can be (this man made all the decisions after hearing the story, and so I thank you, Sam for all your understanding on this long-long-long purchase). Garrett is the real stand out as he helped me through the whole process, remembering me from when I bought the HRE's back in January. He helped mount my new HRE wheels, he made sure that the HRE center caps perfectly aligned with the valve stems, the balance weights were affixed on the far "inside" of the wheels "only" (so, hidden from view), the lug bolts and caps all matching as a couple were off, the wheels were also rotated, and finally he glossed my TIRES (just awesome). A PERFECT 10-stars... Here me DISCOUNT TIRE CORPORATE, you need to elevate GARRETT to a store manager, he is so deserving and I'm pretty sure you know this. As polite and knowledgeable as possible in our reality (thank you for all your care, Garrett...!!!). Honorable mention also goes to Eric for all his great care as well balancing and mounting with Garrett. Eric was also at the Lakewood D.T store back in January so these guys remembered me, which says a lot... I been coming to D.T. since about 2000, so 26 years, and these are the reasons why. Believing this I continued with repairs. When I picked up my car AC wasn't working. I just had my AC serviced at Jiffy Lube and it was working fine before bringing it to Nissan. I took my car back. Nissan sends me another bill to fix AC. Also, the video Nissan sent was reviewed by another mechanic who said it did not make sense to replace the radiator. * I asked Nissan to make it all right *Nissan Admitted to "No Wrongdoing" I took my car from Nissan to Auto Correct another Mechanic. I Asked Nissan for my original radiator back. Nissan text: Angel, We just went out and checked in our scrap pile and the old radiator has already been picked up by our recyclers. We do not save old parts unless a customer requests the part be saved when the car is dropped off. Our scrap metal (old metal parts) are usually picked up a few times a week. *I asked them to provide dates times and company that picks up "SCRAPS?" My Radiator is not a scrap but a Core Part. Nissan is a well-known auto dealer, and they are saying they do not have this logged... and scrapped it in a pile for anyone to come and take... Nissan text: The people that pick our scrap metal are not companies they are random people who pick up scrap metal from car lots and recycle it. There is nothing I can do to recover the old part at this point. -- Keith Hurst I continued to rent a car while my car was in the shop. My mechanic at Auto Correct stated my car was never fixed! The old gas cap was still on it. It was still overheating. My radiator did not need replacing; all it needed was a new gas cap! Mechanic stated "Unified Meter" was bad and was possibly shorted out during repair. I have Mechanic notes on how this can happen. What Nissan did with my car the two times I left it with them is still a mystery. What is clear is that My car was not only mishandled and not repaired, but I was charged for repairs I did not need, and they tried to charge me more for damages that happened while my car was in their care. Nissan was fraudulent in this entire transaction. They have very shady business practices and try to take advantage of customers.

Poor job on brake work…read more Unplugged brake sensor which caused multiple sensor failure warnings and tried to blame it on a tire shop we used for a flat tire and lied about it. Not to mention they charge $89 to change a cabin filter. It's a 5 minute job. I know because I've done it myself more than once. P.S.
