She paid over $450 for this service, only to find out that they listed the car's color as black instead of the yellow. When she called and explained this to the dealership they said it was her problem and that they couldn't do anything. They certainly had no issue collecting money for this. After going back and forth with sales she was left to deal with this herself. If you are looking for a Toyota, I suggest to shop other dealerships. Route 44 cares nothing after the sale.

I arrived around 1/2 hr before close, explained my situation, & before closing time, I'd had all my dead soldiers taken away, the old battery tested, found seriously wanting (Lord knows how long the previous car owner had that battery- I'd had it & the car for 3+ years, & the guesstimate lifetime is 5ish years), and the new battery put in. Pleasant staff, quick thinking & efficient operation, w/ no upselling pressure; I opted for the 3 year warranty on a new battery vs. the 1 yr, so spent I think $150 vs. $100. I feel I got a fair deal. I truly love getting in the car enroute to work & hearing that thing just turn over as it should, no matter what the temperature is!

There was significant oil sludge build up in the engine. The cost to diagnose and replace the engine was half the cost of the sale price. They held onto the car for 17 days to register it, I'm from out of state. And unfortunately for me the problem presented itself 2 days after the 30 day warranty was over. When I finally went in, they said they only did the oil change and "couldn't start the car"--which is exactly why it needed a new battery. It got worse from there. I was told I'd get a call (never did), then the employee tried to prove he contacted me using the wrong customer's info--twice. Then I was shown a disconnected ground wire, even though the car was running when I dropped it off. When I asked them to simply install the new battery, I was told, "you're not a technician, I don't do what you say." Completely rude and unprofessional. I told them not to touch my car and will be going to a real mechanic. I would not trust this location with my vehicle.
