They seem to be always knowledgable of their products and very clear on explaining everything to you... After going to their competition and looking for a part. I was never able to find it and they seemed to be lost and confuse on what I was needing. This was even with me showing them the old part! What really put the icing on the cake was that my company has a corporate discount that I can use when I purchase certain items which gives me even more savings. Now you can't beat that! The only downside is that you will not see these on every corner. But you know what they say about quantity or quality.

They lady working the front register was unhelpful. I had the old part with the part number on it…read more I needed a new one. All she did was say "I don't know what that is" over and over again. She didn't even try to look up the part number. I told her the name of the part, the make and model of the vehicle it came out of and her response was "I don't know what that is". How is she working at an auto parts store if she can't look up an auto part. She then told me it wasn't in the computer. I looked it up on their website once I got back in my car. This is why amazon is going to replace O'reilly. **** employees!

She informed him I needed my brake bulb changed. 2) He mentioned to me that he could replace it for me if he was able to reach it. 3. In the midst of checking to see if he could reach it to change it, he laughed at himself because he initially thought it needed two bulbs, but it turns out that it was just a reflection. (It's always good to laugh at yourself) 4. While he was assisting me, he could tell that someone in the parking lot was doing something wrong to their car just by the sound of it. As I was leaving, I saw that he went over to assist them as well. Note: A few minutes prior to my stop here I first went to O'Reily down the street. There were two guys that were only willing to sell me the part and stated they COULD NOT help me replace the bulb and they DID NOT attempt to do so either. BRENT P-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone going to Auto Zone on Hampton Rd in DeSoto Texas. He does not just go to work for a check. He goes to work to work.

I checked the tires for bubbles or separations , peeped all the front end suspension to look for anything glaring and found nothing. I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. Thanks Walton's, I wish there were more like y'all!
