Our insurance adjuster tried contacting Michael about the assessment, and he reported things like rust, ripped and soiled seats, and other issues that simply did not exist. When she followed up to clarify, he suddenly claimed he "didn't remember." Even the adjuster was baffled and appalled, dealing with this guy. This place is absolutely not trustworthy. We will never use them again, and we'll be warning others in town as well.

The guy did nothing but lie - I even started recording the phone conversations and playing them back to show how crazy of a liar he was with us. The whole experience from the paperwork not being done right , the car not being ready or cleaned when we came to pick up, they don't even put gas in the tank! We had issues with car after ( AC didn't work, roof leaked, had to replace brake pads after they claimed to have just done them... Never returned our phone calls of course. We ended up having another dealership work on the car and said they are known for being scumbags. They tried to go though the extended warranty we purchased through capital motors and it was very limited in what they covered. For example, they covered the new AC condenser ( but wouldn't cover the freon to refill it). They only reimburse up to $100 per hour for the technicians time so you have to pay the difference in what the dealership charges per hour. If something isn't covered in the warranty - they won't cover the technicians time for that portion of the repair. When you are at the dealer, you will see them begging people to leave good reviews. Go back a couple months, they had like a 2 star rating. All the sudden they have 4.7. We are in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope my review can save others from dealing with this place. Honestly - shit happens and we bought a used car but this place is awful. so many other things I haven't even mentioned occurred. THEY ARE BAD

I recently had a surprise transmission failure on my 05 GMC Yukon XL immediately after having a…read morepair of new tires installed elsewhere. When they were going to take it for a test drive, the transmission went right in the lot. I was to say the least, very worried about getting my truck fixed and the cost. I immediately called Trannyman and spoke with Mike. He said to bring the truck right down and they will take a look at it. Luckily, I was so able to drive it in forward, I lost the reverse and the drive was starting to hum as well. I got the truck to them just before closing on Monday 12/28. Mike and Lee were very nice and reassuring that it will get fixed and not to worry. They started on the repair Tuesday and I was able to get the truck back on Wednesday at 3. Talk about being fast, I never expected to have my truck back this fast. When I fit there, they showed me all the pasta that are replaced and explained everything to me that was done. I took it for a test ride, and it was like a brand new truck, running quiet and shifting very smoothly. Thank you Mike and Lee for making a major job seem simple and quick. You guys got the job done fast and for a price that was well worth it. Now I hope that I never have to see you again for another repair, just for fluid changes. ...haha! Your work is fabulous!

I sent a picture to Paul who sold me the tires and he agreed they looked terrible and said he would return the tires which cost 1700.00 with mount and bal. Next thing I know Paul is telling me He needed to contact the manufacturer and send Vin numbers of the tires and he was waiting to hear back from them. He said " I'm not eating the cost of the tires so you have to wait until I make sure they will return them". Sorry but he should have returned the tires and put the money towards a different brand and he should have dealt with the Manufacturer himself and it should have been a question. Got the truck lifted 2" with the Bilstein 5100 shocks on all 4 corners. Also gave me a good price on some Nitto Terra G2's. I ride mostly highway and some gravel. Wanted to keep stock rims but with a larger more aggressive tire. Mark recommended 295/60-20's. Car rides way better now. Much more planted with a very solid feel. Handling way improved. Much better in rain. Hated stock tires. Will be my go to shop from now on.
