Shout-out to my salesman for both vehicle purchases - David Carillo - who was pleasant and professional and made sure the vehicles were sold at a competitive price and any issues were addressed quickly. I also have had good experiences with routine oil changes and vehicle maintenance at Ed Morse (formerly Lawley) Honda. CRVs rarely have serious mechanical issues, though, so that may be part it! I removed the battery from the truck and charged it on my charger. The charger indicated the battery was 'bad'. I replaced the truck battery with a Walmart battery and after a month of both use and even sitting for a week, there were no starting issues and no dead battery. I took the Napa battery tto AutoZone and they tested it and determined a cell was likely bad. I took the battery back to the Sierra Vista Napa and the employee put a meter on it and said "it's fine". I will never buy anything from Napa again.
