I have two instances where my Jetta has had new parts swapped out with old used parts. They'll go for your radio, speakers-heck, they will even take your new tires, and put some old ones on to replace them. They will even go in your trunk and steal your brand new spare. Especially if you're a woman, or a nice family-you'll get the top taken advantage of treatment. K&B are bad people. Crooks.

My Girlfriend brought her vehicle in just to get new tires but ended up paying double her estimate due to getting a wheel alignment and supposedly having a cross threaded lug nut. I replaced her brake and rotors recently and hand torqued the lugs to factory torque so there's no way that happened. Also, they completed a wheel alignment for new tires only which really doesn't need to be done and saw that the specs were barely off after being shown the diagram of the offsets. She got hustled into the extended warranties and new tire stems too because supposedly "she needed to get it all to qualify for the warranties". I'm highly disappointed in Mavis and as well as myself for not bringing the car in myself and instead trusting other mechanics that they wouldn't try any up charging schemes. I should NOT be able to get four Falken Wildpeak All Terrain 30 inch tires provided and installed for less than my GF economy tires from this experience. I'm sure the included free rotations are for other opportunities to bring customers in to continue this up charging strategy. Shame, shame, shame. I give 2 stars because Jose did speak to me to attempt to rectify the situation so there was an attempting customers service engagement but an overall unsatisfied BF and customer.

Tools, rags thrown on the floor. Long story short: two days later, quarts of oil are running down my driveway. The drain plug hadn't been secured properly. Two "managers" came to my house, tightened the plug, refilled the oil that has run down the driveway and took my truck back for an "proper" oil change. One manager Offered a free car wash and an interior detail. Pass on the oil change! They never made good on the other offers and my driveway is still a mess.

When I dropped it off they were extremely busy, however after 40 minutes they called me back and said that it was ready. When I got there to pick it up I asked if it would be possible for them to mount it back on the vehicle and put the spare back up into the hoist.
