Purchased my 5th truck body from this company in September of 2013. All but this one have held up…read morewell. This last one has two panels that are rotting out from inside out. After contacting them numerous times, they finally responded by telling me that there is nothing they can do except give me a discount on a new body. Something bull about salt and poor paint. Too bad this particular truck is not driven and kept inside in the winter. And besides, its rotting from the inside out and the inside isn't painted. Low miles too, only 37,000 miles. So by my calculations, you can count on this companies aluminum freight bodies to last 5 years or 40,000 miles, whichever comes first. Don't worry though, it will be out of warranty after 12 months anyway. Why would you put a stainless steel rear frame on a truck body that will rot out in 5 years. There are lots of other choices in truck bodies out there, I would recommend trying one of those, NOT US TRUCK BODY

Went there for a transmission issue, they did a transmission relearn that I thought was under…read morewarranty and they charged me and said it wasn't under warranty. They did this without asking me to do the work first, so that strike number one. There is a whine in the turbo in the spool of the turbo I was told that by their, so-called guru service team. It is under warranty right now yet they will not replace it because they say it is normal, it is not normal. It did not come from the factory like that like that. These guys just don't want to pay for the part and I don't know if they get bonus money out of not paying for warranty items or what, but very disappointed and will never go back to this place and suggest no one ever go near it. Service team did a very substandard job. Even my transmission still at times clunks going into reverse after they said it would be fixed, I will have to take this to another shop hopefully with more competence than these guys. And my appointment was at nine and I'm just getting out now and it's 12 o'clock and they did nothing to my vehicle. I'm just speechless right now. If this is Ford in general. I'll never buy another Ford again if they can't cover their junk that they sell in these turbos.
