When we couldn't find the exact color match, he looked it up on his computer and found it was located at the other AutoZone down the street. It is incredible how close it is, practically 5 minutes away. The main issue with this store is that it's a little small, and when you need to find specific auto parts, you need a larger inventory. One thing you can do here to save yourself a trip is look up things on their website before you come, just to see if they carry what you're looking for.

I presented that coupon for the discount, but service advisor Yvonne Dela Cruz and her service manager would not accept it. They said the coupon isn't for "maintenance". They refused to back down on that absurdity. Attached is the coupon, which makes NO distinction between "Maintenance" and "Service". Save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle elsewhere (it'll be cheaper anyway)!!!

The last visit I had with my Land Cruiser was urgent as one of my transmission hoses ruptured rending it undrivable. Frank/Eric were proactive and allowed me to tow my LC to them to figure out the issue the next day (they were closing at the time I called). After parts were received on their end, my Land Cruiser was up and running back to normal. They inspected and test for any damage to the transmission that may have occurred when losing all of my transmission fluid. I am happy to have found a shop with a good work ethic, friendliness and thoroughness that is local to me in Santa Ana. 10/10 would recommend if you have a offroad vehicle or a Toyota (I am sure they are proficient with other vehicles as well).
