Worst alignment I have ever had. My steering wheel was off a bit to the left, but now it's nearly at an angle to the right. So now I have to drive around swerving to the left and constantly moving the steering wheel to the right. The technician stated they would need to take apart the whole vehicle to fix it and they don't do that there. They should not have to take apart the car to fix an over adjusted alignment. Long story short. I went into Firestone for a $550 transmission oil change and differential fluid change. Exactly TWO days later, my transmission broke down on the highway, I towed it back to Firestone, and they told me that they're not liable for the $12,250 transmission replacement. It's cute that they have a Better Business Bureau award in their waiting room because the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Corporate Office, and Bureau of Automotive Repair(BAR) are exactly who I reported all of this to. After getting everything fixed, along with new tires and brakes, I'm thinking my car is good to go. However, a week later my car is now overheating. I wish I could rate it minus 5 stars. I have been to this store twice, and on my first two visits, I met a helpful and friendly guy who knew how to treat customers well. However, during my second visit, I had the misfortune of dealing with the STORE MANAGER, Joseph. As a store manager, I expected him to have better customer service skills, but he was super rude and impolite. This was my first time encountering a store manager who refused to talk to me after a few times I tried to make conversations (how awful that could be). Of course, something happens to my tires on Labor Day. Scrambling to find a tire repair shop that was open today was an adventure. I am so glad I stumbled upon this location... which was conveniently located a hop & skip away from where I worked. I called and the lady told me they were swamped today & there was no guarantee they could fit me in but I could try. I did anyways. Anna, the service specialist, was beyond helpful. She assessed the tire & said that it was repairable. She was able to squeeze me in today. I didn't mind the wait since they already took a lot of weight and worry off my shoulders by fitting me in their schedule. They were able to patch up my tire & I was extremely happy about that. This Firestone has taken such good care of me and my wacky car. I've come here on multiple occasions in an emergency without an appointment and Jesse and his teams have always taken care of me. I've been really lucky to have found this particular Firestone. I always recommend friends to come here. I don't feel like I'm being upsold and also if I decline a service there's no pressure from them and they don't push for me to get certain services done. The one time they did express concern when they noticed my tires were balding past a certain point and that was genuinely them concerned about my safety. I've always liked Firestone due to the professionalism and straight forward actions in these locations . I have had horrible experiences with other businesses in Tustin / Santa Ana . Firestone can be a bit pricey at times but they are always transparent. I've been to four different locations and have been treated with respect each time . I recommend applying for there credit card and that's what helped me . Johnny in the front at this location is nice to everyone and treats people with respect . I had the worst experience with Rudy today and have already reported him to the vendor services department at Wheels fleet company. I called and inquired on how long it would take to get a tire replaced due to having a nail in it. I gave him the tire size over the phone and he said it's in stock. He said to come down around 2:30 and he would replace the tire. I arrive before 2:30 and speak with Rudy. He sees that I'm holding the fleet vehicle paperwork and quickly comments "I didn't know this was a fleet vehicle so what I quoted you on the phone of 35-minute will be much longer." I know the drill of how fleet vehicles work as I've had one for over 20 years. He helps two other customers who arrived after me. One who he apologized to for yelling at. He then says he can't find my info in the system so I ask him if he can create a new profile for me. Then he says that I need to replace the two tires on the right and I declined. He then said that he can't help me bc its a fleet car. I asked for my keys and fleet paperwork and left. I called Wheels immediately and filed a complaint. I will also file a complaint with my company that he refused me service. First you are nice to me because you think it's a cash sale. You are a complete jerk after you find out that it's a fleet vehicle. My husband takes our Lexus down here for his tires and guess what, we are never coming here again. Wheels will be calling your store and you better have a reason for refusing service and forcing me to get back on the road with a flat tire. I dropped off my car for 3 different services. The nice manager Rudy said it would be 2-3 hours to have the R/R services done. I came back almost 2 hours later only to that my vehicle had not been moved on to the lift rack yet. At this point, I figured it would take another 2-3 hours to complete said services. Prior to me walking in to the store, I noticed another customer that seemed very stressed. According to the conversation I heard loudly and clearly, the customer had been waiting approximately 4 hours for the technician basically to tell the customer that he did not know how to the Mercedes. So, the customer should have taken his car to a shop that has qualified mechanics to make the needed repairs. This store should not have had the car in if they weren't able to fix such a specialized vehicle. The angry customer drove away. I think both the customer and store should communicated better. After seeing the angry customer, I was dead set on getting out of there. Please note that prior to this attempted service, I have good repairs done on my vehicle. However, I will be going back to the independent Mitchell Firestone store on Lincoln in Anaheim. He has raving positive reviews! read more

Blatantly dishonest. I took my old Acura CL for tire service (slow leak) and a $10 inspection. They said they removed a nail and fixed the tire. They quoted me over $4500 in services (way more than the value of the car) per the attached "recommendations." Joe advised me to get my brakes and rotors done because there was "metal on metal." He also said I had very little oil left. When we took everything off, the rotors were fine and the pads were not worn - plenty of life. Changed the oil and there was a significant amount. Please get a second option if you are considering getting anything done at this shop. They are liars. I am now questioning if they even fixed my tire. At least it only cost me $30, but hours of time. The bad reviews scared me to come here as I'm very particular with my car. I made an appointment online. Came in on a weekday and spoke with Rudy the manager. He made this experience pleasant and enjoyable. I arrived early but he took me in and did a wheel alignment for me. I previously purchased a lifetime alignment from another firestone and was scared he would try to make me buy other stuff. But he didn't. He was honest and genuine. We talked about fishing and life and I made a good friend. I was in and out in just under an hour. There was only one person waiting so the wait wasn't bad. Rudy told me that it's best to come during the week and also around 10 because that's when all of his guys get here. I decided to come again with my wife's car on a weekday as well but this time there were at least 6 people. Luckily I came a little earlier so I believe there were only a few people ahead of me. This time I was helped by Jon. Super helpful and welcoming. He was flooded with customers but had a smile and took his time. He was a great help! Came in for a tire rotation and alignment. Bought tires and lifetime alignment with them before, so should be no issues right? Wrong. One of the advisors told me that they don't want to get one of my lug nuts off in fear it might break. I told them to NOT rotate that tire and leave it be if that's the case. I get my car back and a lug nut was missing. Called them back and they were saying it's not their fault as it was bc the person who installed the tires last who over tighten it (which was them as I purchase new tires and got it installed from them). Then quoted around $500 to fix it. LOL That's insane. I didn't want to deal with it and was able to negotiate the price down to fix it, which I can appreciate. They gave me my broken lug nut back the second time around lol? I get shit happens but why didn't they tell me it was broken the first time until I saw it myself? Shady. I had a good first experience here but then this experience made me lose all trust in Firestone. Will be moving on to somewhere else. read more

And then they told me there machine won't work on my tires. Well what have they done the last two times I have been here. They personally arranged courtesy transportation for my elderly mother after dropping her car off for repairs. When the repairs were finished, they arranged to have my mother picked up from her home and driven back to their location.
