waited for over 20 minutes for any help and it was because one of the guys came back in after he was outside fucking off with someone he "hasn't seen in a while" i can't even pay cash on the self check out either so i had wait like an idiot for someone to ring me up after they failed to even help me find what i need, i ended up calling someone who knew the layout of the store. that's actually embarrassing for a company. the other guy hung out in the back and said "he was busy" couldn't even point me in the direction of the stuff i was looking for. there was one guy with long hair trying to help everyone else while the other two guys screwed off. incredibly disappointed. read more

Came in asked for a Sylvania load resistor. The person, "they, them, her, him" I wouldn't know what their pronouns are, with blue hair gave me an attitude. Saying if it's not out there then we don't have it and I said "well, there's no way that it could be in the back or somewhere else out front maybe I'm missing it, or anything of the sort?" they said no I'm getting a shipment that I have to unload so it's not out there and the website is wrong. I said OK so for sure it's not in the store and I maybe missed it they said no. Mind you they said all this with a complete and utter bad attitude. So I went back over to the bulbs looked again slowly and BAM RIGHT THERE! So I went back, paid for it, and asked if they required to stay behind the counter, or if they have the ability to leave the counter to help look for something. They looked at me strange like what do you mean? I said well I was looking for a product. I asked if you guys had if it was anywhere potentially I couldn't see and you didn't offer any assistance. Just it wasn't there. They proceeded to raise thier voice, get rude, and have a bad attitude. Saying I should have said come help me find it... yet that is what I said just not that phrase. I guarantee this is not the first time they have had a complaint. Get this trash out of the store or teach them how to do proper customer service. Or fire the manager for not training. read more

Good counter service. They have pretty much everything for suburban driving/maintenance of our older Toyotas. Over the years I have purchased car batteries from them and the staff helps put the new unit in in the parking lot, and takes the old one away. They will run a computer diagnostic to help out figure what a check engine light might mean. read more

Tyler was great and super friendly. But he was one of three employees working. Of the other two, I never saw one, only heard him talking to the other who came out from behind the racks of parts behind the counter to blow his nose while standing at the register (not acknowledging myself or the other customer in line behind me once) before turning around and going back behind the racks. Not even a "someone will be with you in a sec". I will not be going back and it shares a parking lot with the grocery store I go to at least twice each week. read more

I'm pissed. So I went in and told them what make and model of car I have and that I needed a new battery terminal. I was given the universal one, which Didn't work. I then went it and explained what had happened and how I needed the correct one and this time I brought the terminal in with me. The guy sold me a marine terminal for a boat and didn't act like he even wanted to help me to begin with. A quick search on the internet I found out you have to order a specific terminal for my truck. Wowza. read more

Poorest customer service I've experienced in more than 15 years. Just trying to purchase a battery for my car and wanted to know what they had in stock. Kid with bun on top of his head would not answer my questions directly, instead telling me extraneous info that I did not need. Then he started telling me about cold cranking amps. I mentioned I didn't care about that because it's an electric car. He gave me a dirty look like I'm too stupid to buy from him. At that point I just said "this isn't going to work" and walked out. I came here because my wiper blades were done. I picked some of the rack offering a mail-in rebate, and when I went up to the counter. Mark offered to see if he had something else comparable without needing to wait on a rebate, which he did. When I went out to replace my blades I realized I didn't know how to remove the old ones. Came in at a busy time looking for a particular hose for my older BMW. Long story short, Ken went well above and beyond the call of duty by helping me piece together a replacement that required some pretty labor intensive salvaging of the existing hose assembly.
