When asked for proof, the shop refused to provide a receipt from O'Reilly Auto Parts, claiming that was the price they paid. To verify, we went directly to O'Reilly ourselves and confirmed the real price was significantly cheaper than what this shop charged. That alone is unacceptable. When this was brought up, they denied any wrongdoing and would not explain the price difference. And asked to speak directly to the owner David, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful, ask for receipts, and verify prices before agreeing to any work.

I ask the sales agent about the engine and pictured car they advertise and he began telling me about how many engines they sell. Classic bate and switch. They made a point to say it was as is. Three days later, Wednesday I get a text they have an update for my service estimate. I have contacted them all day, 24hrs later still don't have a call back. Don't trust their texting system. Very disappointed. I…read moreonly use Mobil synthetic oil and they put in Castro. They have always vacuumed the car and didn't. Didn't even try to return the seat close to where it was. No plastic was put over the drivers seat and they always did that before. Employees working the counter were extremely nice, so I definitely have no complaint about them. Pads weren't put on the car like normal. Apparently they were rushed and didn't do anything like they have. I've used them for years and this was the first time I ever complained.
