The employee came to my car and carried the old battery in for me so he could test it. It was dead as a doornail even after we charged it at home for several hours. He hooked me up with a great replacement. On a another note, a while back, my daughter said the battery in her car died, do my husband went and night a replacement here. Come to find out, that wasn't the problem at all, so I went to return it. Surprise! They don't allow returns on car batteries. Thankfully, the store manager had mercy on me and refunded my money on the battery anyway as it was unused and untouched other than to transport it to and from the store and my house. He earned my business with that kind act. That's customer service. :)

So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. It was like walking in to a different store. Super well organized, all products were easy to find, and the me store manager was very friendly and helpful, and she made the experience to notch. I was told to "have a seat, he will go get the parts" when I arrived. I told them they should be ready, I arranged this days in advance, but they didn't have the parts or didn't have them ready. I waited for 15 minutes before I had to leave (without the parts) and drive ANOTHER 40 minutes back to work. So I wasted an hour and a half of my day and a lot of gas for nothing. They told me I could pay them first and they would ship me the parts (without inspecting them, they were interior pieces that needed to be in good shape). Absolutely not. This was my first time doing business with them, and it's also my last. They lost any trust I would have given by wasting my time and money. Terrible service - avoid.

Scammers…read more110% Caught red handed several times for one friggin job, which they had to redo because of their installation, so instead they called Monroe and said they gave them bad parts and got new ones. That's Monroe's loss because the reason the struts were no good was because they left the giant stickers across the top of them and they couldn't seat to the car. I drove my sister an hour on the freeway twice with the car like this, steering all unsteady. They even tried to fake it like they fixed the struts and called me begging to get the car which I couldn't, only to call the next morning and found out it wasn't pulled in until then. So he was trying (desperately) to get me to pick up the car, (I'm sure with they had cut the stickers out, because it had never entered the shop yet. They put the struts in the next day when they arrived. Had I picked up my car Mike would have made up a story about me picking up my car I am sure and kept the brand new struts from Monroe, hoping I wouldn't notice in the few days left I had in my warranty that the car was still unstable. There was also a very serious problem with the rear axle which I know they had their hands on to put shocks on but they didn't mention it to me because they Cherry picked their work. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked.
