So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. But my last visit left me feeling better about this location.

On 7/10, I call and check to see when would I likely receive my car back from service and I was informed by Mark, one of the service workers, that I didn't in fact have an appointment. I then proceed to talk to Will, the service manager, and he then tells me I actually had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked. Be warned! Scammers…read more110% Caught red handed several times for one friggin job, which they had to redo because of their installation, so instead they called Monroe and said they gave them bad parts and got new ones. That's Monroe's loss because the reason the struts were no good was because they left the giant stickers across the top of them and they couldn't seat to the car. I drove my sister an hour on the freeway twice with the car like this, steering all unsteady. They even tried to fake it like they fixed the struts and called me begging to get the car which I couldn't, only to call the next morning and found out it wasn't pulled in until then. So he was trying (desperately) to get me to pick up the car, (I'm sure with they had cut the stickers out, because it had never entered the shop yet. They put the struts in the next day when they arrived. Had I picked up my car Mike would have made up a story about me picking up my car I am sure and kept the brand new struts from Monroe, hoping I wouldn't notice in the few days left I had in my warranty that the car was still unstable. There was also a very serious problem with the rear axle which I know they had their hands on to put shocks on but they didn't mention it to me because they Cherry picked their work.
