Horrible Experience - Racially Profiled by Vince P If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Had the worst customer service experience ever! Management seem to be pretty bad at this location recently. I called prior to coming into the store to check inventory for washer fluid, was put on few times by David when called. Got frustrated and come to the store instead, same guy, kept seeing putting calls on hold while he's on his cell phone, this is very in professional. On top of that, the store was messy. My last visit was about a month ago, employees customer service was top notch and the store was very clean and organized. I don't know what happened with this location's service but I will not be returning for the future. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this unacceptable service. read more
