IMO anyone with something negative to say about a store solely based on the fact that the employees are new should wait a few weeks and try again. Being negative because people are learning is pretty jerky. Added bonus note - they always make my white hot chocolate correctly, but at the store in Madison I'd go to it was always a toss up whether I'd get what I ordered or just get a plain steamed milk with whipped cream on it.
