This is the first salon I've visited in the area and was deeply impressed with the cleanliness of the salon, decor, and furniture. The manicurist was patient and friendly. She did a great job giving me her professional opinion to help me decide what to get, not to mention she shaped my nails in the coffin shape really well. I tried them a few times before reviewing. Went in to get dip nails for myself and daughters. My 1st time, nails chipped the next day. I came back and they did it for free. That's because they did a "suckie" job the 1st time. 3rd time come in with daughters and they sloppily painted my youngest daughter's nails and it was only a simple polish job. My oldest refused to get hers done because lady rudely stated she would charge more because she was only getting her regular nails dipped, but her real nails are long. I will never go back and wont recommended them. read more

I don't understand all the bad reviews here. I've been coming to this nail salon since they opened and have never had an issue at this location. In fact, I did have an issue with their other location and the owner fixed it personally. They are very loyal to their customers. I have my 2 favorite nail techs, Ivy & Cindy. I've been to this salon a few times and never had an issue. I went the other day to get a dip manicure and it was a horrible experience. The girl that did my nails had an attitude the minute I sat in the chair. The definition of a manicure is "a cosmetic treatment of the hands involving shaping and often painting of the nails, removal of the cuticles, and softening of the skin." Every time I've gotten a manicure it has included cuticle soaking, removal, hot towel, and a hand massage. I was told it would be $5 extra for cuticle removal with a manicure. Although, that makes no sense I agreed to let them continue. The lady then continues to do my nails and begins to file them and I kindly ask her to maintain the shape I currently had, which was oval. She got an attitude with me and had the other gentleman ask me if I wanted pointy oval or oval oval? At this point I should have just walked out, because that literally makes no sense, but I allowed her to continue. The lady did not do the hot towel and hand massage, so I asked about it. I was told by the gentleman that he normally does that with his manicures, but apparently I have to request those things. I told him that that makes no sense but whatever I was going to let it go and leave. Then the "owner" comes over and says to get the hot towel and hand massage it would cost $60 instead of $45. Despite the literal shit show that I went through with this salon I still tipped her $5 and left. Will not be back and I hope she stubs her toe. Have a great day. read more

Let me preface this by stating a few things: I am a licensed cosmetologist and although I don't work with nails currently I have been trained in nails of all kinds. Also, I have gotten sets put on literally 100s of times in my life. The only reason I am giving the 2 stars is because my nails *look* good and to anyone else it's a fine set of nails. However, the man who did my nails dug into my natural nail and cuticles so hard and for so long that literally 6/10 of my cuticle beds were bleeding and still continue to cause me pain. I might understand 1 nail bleeding, but I'm talking more bled than didn't. He dug so far into my natural nail bed that it literally burned my skin, causing a chemical burn every time he put any of the necessary liquids on the nails. He let the glue run onto my skin which also gave me a chemical burn and I've literally never ever had that happen any other time I've gotten my nails done. My nails continue to physically cause me pain even when I am not using them. The edges sting and burn and feel like paper cuts all over the sensitive cuticle skin area. I felt bad for him because he seemed very frustrated with my nails, although I couldn't tell why and he never spoke the entire time. Also, I wanted stiletto nails but he clipped them into squares before I had a chance to say anything about preference, although I was really waiting for him to ask me like most techs do. I've tried almost every other nail salon within a 20 mile radius of my home and I still haven't found one I like, but I can say this one was my worst experience so far. read more

I feel a one star rating is to high for this location. I made an appointment for a fill. Arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes. While an employee sat at a pedi station playing on their phone. Then... When I finally was set at a table, the man who was to do my nails was not happy that I wanted to keep my coffin shape nails. He kept trying to talk me into a round tip. When I finally got it thru to him I wanted to keep the shape I have, he did nothing but complain and make sounds of disgust. After he finished my fill he up charged me for it. Instead of quoting me the higher price before he started. I will NEVER walk thru their doors again. And neither should anyone else. read more

Iam currently sitting in my car, at the parking lot fighting the urge to go back inside and tell everyone inside to be careful with the person who seemed to be running this place...came in to have my fake nails removed. I asked the lady who was working on my nails how much and she said $5. The owner arrived and processed my card and carelessly said "$10 dolla ok" so, I said no! Your employee said $5...and like always, I left the place disappointed and upset because of how rude people are in there and how much they take advantage of their customers. Do not go here unless you like to be overcharged from what their list prices say, and you want to be fighting infections. Also if you enjoy plucking your own eyebrows after paying for a wax this might be the place for you. Got my nails filled there on Sunday, and two days later the two fingers the tech cut open with her file are in pain and inflamed. Worst decision I ever made was going there. They do beautifully on nails! I love this place so much yeah there's a little cut sometimes they give but they can't help it it's only because when you move a bit they cut you on accident. One time when I came here I got the tiniest cut and I could tell they felt so bad they kept asking me if I was ok. I think we should appreciate that they actually do our nails instead of saying no or being rude or hurting us on purpose as, my mother always say treat others the way you want to be treated like the reviews you give to them. read more

I've been to this place a lot. They have a lot of options for colors, and for styles. The last time I went there I got acrylics and a pinkish orangish color. The woman didn't get started right away. But eventually she got started, right away she started to put the acrylic on. And she didn't rush nor did she do it ruff. Once she put the paint on it looked gorgeous. I was shocked because most people rate this place 1-3 stars. I absolutely love this place. When you sit down right away your attached to the chair. I love a place that cares about there costumers comfort. Therefore I rate this 5 stars. You won't regret coming here! read more

I had a great experience here, I will be honest I wasn't impressed by the pictures they have posted but I left very happy! I didn't have an appointment, walked in within 10 minutes on a Sunday I was seen and taken care of. The gentleman who did my nails was very upfront with the color I chose (white) and warned me about discoloration and timeline. By the way they are still stark white and it's time for my fill I wasn't beat or shamed for not wanting "dip" and my nails were even straight and weren't too thick! All in all very nice and polite and very happy with my nails. read more

the nails themselves are okay, but the man who did my nails was rude and even left in the middle of doing them to give another customer a pedicure. He filed my nails for almost 20 minutes to the point where when he put on any kind of necessary liquid it burned my cuticles. He messed up with the glue on one nail so he ripped off the plastic tip (after it had dried) and fixed it. He didn't even bother to have a conversation even though i was repeatability trying to. Also I'm pretty sure he was "letting it rip" quietly as it would start to smell every now and again. He also was jerking my hand around quite frequently e even though he could just ask me to move my hand, it did hurt my wrist as he was kind of violent while doing it. After my nails were done I said thank you and he just kind of rolled his eyes and nodded. Definitely want to find a new nail place. Although they did my eyebrows pretty nicely. read more

I am usually all for giving people the credit they deserve but this place is polar opposite. I went in for a relaxing gel manicure and left angry. The man that did my gel manicure dug on my cuticles so hard multiple times that 4 of my fingers bled. He then continued to use un-sanitary tools on my manicure as I had open sores from him. I explained that I was going to go wash my hands because I was bleeding in multiple spots. He did not seem very concerned about the bleeding AT ALL. Also to top it off, I went in to get them done really quick on my hour lunch break and I was in there for an hour and a half. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone! read more

Extremely disappointed with my pedicure. My feet are still rough, a problem I've never had after a pedicure. The sides of my toes and my heels look like they haven't been touched. The nail cutting and filing is very uneven. The nails I should have noticed, so I blame myself. But the roughness of my skin is something that isn't noticeable when leaving the salon as they are still moist from the spa. Also, when I point out a BRUISE on my calf while it is being massaged, please don't continue to massage the same area with the same force. I've tried to call, but the phone is never answered. Completely unprofessional and incompetent asked for gel nails and tried to just paint my nails walked in at 11 30 had to wait 40 mins and they took someone before who walked in almost 20 mins after me. Horribly rude and unwelcoming environment! I would recommend anywhere else in the county. When I asked politely if I could have the edges of my nails painted (standard norm anywhere else), my tech made fun of my request and then began laughing like I was ridiculous. She did not try to speak to me at all, but had no trouble carrying in a conversation in another language the entire time I was there with the tech beside her. She didn't even try to tell me her name and she was able to speak English, she just didn't seem to care about return customers. I have had my nails done for years and enjoy different cultures that often are associated with nail salons, but this is as a completely different side of rude that I have never experienced before. This is less than 2 miles from my home and I was hoping for a great experience, but I will never return and will warn my friends and family to stay clear. read more

I've been going here since it opened because it is so close to home and have to say it is hit or miss. You can go in and have a wonderful experience and then return 2 weeks later to a horrible experience. Went with a friend and brought a picture of the nail design she wanted. I also showed them my actual nail since it was the same design. They completely ignored what she asked for and drew some odd design that might have been meant to represent a flower stem with no flower. I went yesterday and asked for the basic manicure and pedicure. No design, no extras. The woman charged me $40. I typically get gel and designs on both my toes and thumbs and pay 42 including the$5 tip. They play loose and fast with the pricing. It all seems to depend on who you get and what kind of a mood they're in that day. I've had the more expensive pedicures and it was rushed and sloppy. I've asked for a basic and felt like it was one of the best. They need some consistency. The constant talking between workers is annoying and rude. It's understandable why people feel they're being talked about. read more
