The stylist who had been assigned my appointment had another client in the chair, and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. Another stylist offered to take my appointment but the receptionist only offered me the option of waiting at least galf an hour or rescheduling. I had another appointment set for after the salon, and couldn't do that. I will not return to this salon. The staff was unfriendly, and unhelpful, was not ready for my appointment, and didn't seem to care.

He took so much time and care making sure I didn't hurt while he gently removed my gel polish and repaired my cuticles. Louie took care to apply my gel polish in thin, consistent layers, and was not rushed at all. The salon was very clean, aesthetically appealing, and they had updated new nail polishes to choose from.
