I have nothing but good things to say about Blossom. It's under new management and she is wonderful. We had a whole conversation but I didn't even get her name- sorry! The salon was very clean. Megan did my nails and she did a wonderful job. Both ladies were so friendly, did a great job with my dip nails and shellac toes. They offer a reward program and I'll be returning. I had booked a hot stone pedicure but when I arrived let them know I no longer had time for this and needed a basic pedicure. The lady at the desk clearly understood and was so very sweet. The lady doing my pedicure didn't understand I had changed and was told at least twice not to do the hot stone. she proceeded anyway. At check-out she became quite angry and tried to charge me $54. Lady at front kept saying "no it's $30." I ended up paying $45 just to get on my way as I had to be somewhere. My heels and balls of feet are awful - we're not scrubbed or taken care of at all. If I could give this place ZERO star I will, what a disappointment, went with my stepdaughters to have a girls time and get our manicure and pedicure done and it was a disaster, my appointment was for 4pm and they started setting us up at 4:37pm, there was only 2 people working there for the whole salon and the woman who was doing my pedicure took 2 hours, and gave me the worst service I ever had in my life and cut my skin, what kind of owner of a place like this leaves 2 people working there?? After she hurt me I told her to stop and didn't want her to touch my toes anymore, the two ladies started yelling at each other very loud and putting things away very rude, my girl's were scared and very surprised by all the yelling, it was supposed to be a relaxing nice time and it turned into a nightmare, I'll never go to that place again. read more

The service was outstanding. Although the lady I got, seemed very very inexperienced leaving me with nails as if i did them.

My former salon closed during COVID and has not reopened. So I went in desperately needing a pedicure with long-neglected self-care in this area. The staff were fantastic. I felt very comfortable with the sanitation procedures and they definitely went the extra mile. While waiting for my nails to dry, I messed one up. The owner stepped in to fix it immediately. I told her I was a new customer and while I waited she gave me the most fantastic neck massage. I will definitely go back for pedicure and schedule a neck massage next time. What's even better if you can book an appointment online for same-day service. I love that for my busy lifestyle. read more

Worst manicure I have ever had! I made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early (was not busy). I started with a pedicure with a person named Annie. All was going good until the manager/owner came over as we were already into the pedi.....and proceeded to do my nails. It was so awkward, she stood in front of me holding my hand up and painted them, ( she never did lotion , massage or hot towels etc) I had to balance the gel dryer on my lap and twist my arms so she could paint them. She was annoyed and told me to turn off the massage chair so she could finish painting ( she flew through and did a horrible job. I went in to the appointment wanting to feel relaxed as I do at any salon...but came out disappointed.I felt bad for the person that did my pedi because the tip I left was to be split 50/50 ( which is not fair because she did a half a$$ job and got part of the tip for the pedicurest .I posted pics afterwards on Facebook and people couldn't believe how horrible they looked. Tried out this new salon and was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided. Everyone was extremely hospitable and kind. Amazing service. They did a great job on the nails too. The only thing that took this to a 4 star rating was the music/TVs in the background. Most salons I've been to play relaxing "spa" music or something soft. They had one tv with the news on, one tv with animal YouTube videos, and the radio on playing music. It was very distracting. read more

I had the unfortunate luck of being given a pedicure by the person who was training. She was very nice but she clearly did not know what she was doing. I went with a friend and my foot massage was less than half of hers. She also didn't know to use the special creams and scrubs for the "rose and champagne" service. It was so frustrating watching my friend be pampered next to me while I received a below average version of the same service. At one point, they ran out of hot towels. So more were added and she just stood there waiting for them to heat up rather than continuing the massage. Never did get that hot towel. And when I asked why I wasn't getting the same treatment, she became upset rather than just apologizing and fixing it. She said I clearly didn't want her to finish the pedicure. My friend asked someone else to finish my pedicure and that woman left. Then the owner apologize and tried to fix it. But it was the opposite of a relaxing experience at that point. If you go, I would recommend calling ahead to be sure you get someone who is experienced and knows what they are doing. I had looked forward to this rose & champagne pedicure for weeks and was significantly disappointed for many reasons. read more

I tried Blossom Nail Salon as a last minute option, because my other local nail salon is not producing quality nail work. Although my former nail salon is fairly new in the Ellisville market, I think I was more taken by their modern decor and not the work I was accustomed to before the pandemic. With that in mind, I secured an appointment online with Blossom Nails, and followed up with a phone call too. Lucy, the nail technician, was very pleasant over the phone and suggested that I come in earlier than my online appointment. When I arrived, I thought the shop had alot going on, but I quickly dismissed any thoughts, when Lucy greeted me right away, and made small talk. Lucy immediately got to work and I could sense that she's been doing nails for years. To be exact, over 17 years. When Lucy was finished with my nails, I received a neck massage and hot towel hand massage, that totally caught me off guard. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by her work and the peacefulness of the shop. When Lucy finished, and I observed her work, I told her that she has just acquired a new nail customer. Lucy was so complimentary, and actually thanked me for coming in and trusting her with my nails. As a customer, that made me feel good, and I also loved the fact that she took her time with my nails, and I didn't feel rushed and like a number.
