Honestly, a terrible experience I came in and I had Kevin. I got a builder gel. The entire time that he was filing my nails, the machine was burning my fingers. I showed him a picture and my nails are nothing like the photo or even close. I was very disappointed and he had asked several people to help him. No one would help him. He was very nice very apologetic, but I don't feel like I should've paid for my nails, or they should've been completely redone and just painted a solid color since he could not do the design that I had showed him. I wish there was more transparency in the beginning stating he did not feel comfortable trying to do the picture that I showed him instead of sitting in the chair for over an hour just to leave extremely disappointed. These are honestly probably the worst I've ever gotten done. I don't do things for myself very often so leaving very upset. read more

Wanted white nails - the acrylic was so uneven that the nail tech suggested that I hide the imperfections with a chrome topcoat so I agreed. When I checked out, they charged me $8 extra for the chrome topcoat. read more

Best French gel manicure done by Vy! She took her time when I requested a micro French and corrected spots that weren't to her liking. My nails didn't come out thick, there were no gaps or spaces of empty nail missing polish. It was all the way back to my cuticles, literally pinterest worthy. I was looking for a new nail tech for my bridal nails and scheduled an appointment with Olivia since I saw she did a lot of cute nail art. When I got there they were all so friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, Olivia was running behind schedule. I was bummed, but I was sat next to her client and saw how serious and concentrated she was working with a client. It just made me respect her work ethic if anything. Then when Vy went to work, I was just as amazed and happy that I got her. The place had a luxurious vibe with someone walking around asking if guests would like a drink. Every time I drove by the place there was always someone coming in or out and when I arrived there was a line out the door!! quite possibly the worst (dipping powder) manicure and regular pedicure i've ever had. less than mediocre. second time here in a year, just giving them another shot, and wow, what a waste of time and money ($95 for the services together). dip manicure covers my cuticles and is bumpy; pedicure is really all over my toes. i would never go there, would never recommend this salon, and already warned a friend who was heading there tomorrow. she scheduled a mani @ another salon. read more

Sandy was amazing today. I had the Daisy Deluxe Gel and my toes came out perfect. I often have trouble with my big toe nails because of years of wearing heels and smaller tipped shoes, and she took her time and really focused on helping me get comfy. You must try the Deluxe options because you get the larger massage chairs where it's fully arms and hand massage chairs. Highly recommend sweet Sandy - she was engaging and during massage saw I wanted to just relax and read it on me that I don't like chatting during massage. They do have an actual bar where you can be brought drinks. Recommendation is to schedule online if you want a specific person. read more

I loved my nails. I got a medium-long acrylic square set and the shaping was the best I have ever seen. I worked with Olivia and she was very kind. I told her that I have had troubles with my nails breaking so she made them extra strong. I have been driving all around STL for years trying to find a good nail salon only for them to be right here! Went there after making an appointment online. I selected dipping powder as my service. I ended up with a fill and gel. When I went to check out he tried to charge me $55 for dip. I told him I didn't get dip (thinking to myself, gel is cheaper everywhere so it should be less.) He acted like it was an aggravation to re-ring it right but he did it. Where do I even begin? This was the worst ever experience at a nail salon. They not only rushed into everything but they cut my daughter's toe. They didn't tell me. She bled and it hurts her. I got a hot stone massage for an extra $15 which literally lasted 1-2 minutes top. They kept trying to get you to add more on when you told them no. The water was barely warm although I told her she didn't change it. They make you feel like they are always talking about you. Rushed through the cleaning and exfoliating process. Can not understand what they say. Oranges on one leg none on the other. Cuticle cutting was non existent. Do not go here. I went back in to tell them they cut my daughter and got an I'm sorry. I went there on Thursday, December 28, 2023 to get my nails done for winter break and school. The place and the people were very nice and the place was modern in the inside, so I had high hopes. When the lady finished, they turned out great! The very next day, one popped off. I played it off and put some nail glue on it. The day after that, more popped off. I kept putting glue on them but I decided to give up. Just to specify, I never get my nails done because of sports, but I know well enough that nails are NOT supposed to pop off the day after. Upon check in, you receive a "menu" of services to choose from as well as pallets of every nail color available to choose your color as well as if you would like regular, gel or dip color. My husband and I went today for a pedicure. My husband is a diabetic and we let them know that right away to make sure that they were very gentle and careful with his feet. We upgraded to the Heel Therapy where this is what they say is included HEEL THERAPY TREATMENT Revitalize your feet with our callus treatment to gently soften rough, dry heels. Includes The Daisy Classic Pedicure, followed by an exfoliating massage and soothing hot towel treatment. Finished with our cucumber heel therapy intensive treatment, moisturizing lotion and excess oil, paraffin wax, and polish. My husbands technician provided most of the services, but not all of the services as stated, but my husband thought her attention to what she did do was very good. On the other hand my technician did not provide many of the services in the option we chose to pay for. She added the scrub and lotion together at same time and did a small amount of rubbing on my legs. The was no leg massages, The heels of my feet were still rough. And there was no cucumber heel therapy provided. After I was home and could still feel the roughness on my heels, I had to exfoliate them myself and add an exfoliating cream to soften them. All of which was very disappointing after I paid $45 plus tip to have the Dasiy Nail technician do it. This is my 2nd disappointing service review at Dasiy Nails. I don't mind paying to come and enjoy the luxury as getting my nails done in a relaxing and beautiful place. But paying for that and not getting the service you pay for, is ridiculous and can not happen again. I don't believe anyone at Dasiy Nails gives two hoots or cares enough to respond to the review given here or on their survey. But I encourage anyone that doesn't get the service you are paying for and you get sloppy work to write a review any way. I read reviews before I select where I take my business. TY read more

First 3 pictures are the condition of my nails as i left the salon tiny hairs all over indentations and blue all over my hands... i kept hearing people complaining about being there for hours the lady continued to ask me if i would leave a review obviously didn't want to but after a couple of days they started chipping really bad and coming apart from my actual nail which you can see in the middle set of photos.. i sent them a message on fb to give them a chance to make it right before i left a review and they seemed like it was no big deal and wanted to take care of me when i came in i was questioned if i came there to get them done .. i was asked to call the lady out that did my nails while in front of several customers and i didn't want to because she was standing right by them.. they went on and on with a bunch of questions looking at my nails when they told me to sit they gave me the exact same person who did them the first time by this time the nails had already come completely off the top ripping my actual nail so instead of offering to put a tip on they left me with 2 nub nails as you can see in the last photo and the very next day my nails were already chipping again now they have all chipped off and my nails are ruined. I never leave reviews but they charge way too much for this kind of experience and poor customer service. read more

This is the best nail salon I have ever been too. It is so clean and the staff is so professional. The jelly pedicure is truly an experienc. They bring out the pedicure scrubs and lotions on a beautiful tray with a flower. The massage was a true massage and not just someone rubbing lotion on your skin. I had Mailey and she was fantastic. Not impressed. I have given this place multiple chances since it is close to my work but they always seem to waste my time. I made an appointment online the first time with a specific technician. He was double booked so I was passed off to somebody else who did a terrible job and I had to come back not even a week later to have them fixed. My second time, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I called and spoke to an employee to ensure a prompt appointment. I show up and was told to wait. 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was finally seen. I usually utilize the dip services-- which most salons typically paint the top with a clear gel coat. Both times, I was not given gel, and instead I received a regular top coat and was told to move out of the chair while they dried so that somebody else could get started. You would think if people are paying over $50 for nails they would give them a top coat that lasts longer. Although, I will say the last two times my nails have lasted 5-6 weeks, there is a lack of professionalism in this establishment that needs attention! Many people make appointments to ensure a prompt mail service, not to be waiting in a crowded lobby for an hour of their own time. I wouldn't spend your money here when you can go to a cheaper place that respects their customers and their time. read more
