Loved it went there on 9/14/19 the girl who did my nails fid very good! It was my very first time going there since moving and they got to me and got done very fast and did everything to assure i liked them

I've visited twice, both times without appointments. Both times I've had positive overall experiences. I like that the salon isn't "fumming" with ammonia. I had Peggy for my gel toes this last time and enjoyed talking with her! Pictured is #505 gel with rainbow sparkles on ring finger.

My daughters chose this Salon to get their nails done. When we arrived the lady wasn't wearing a mask but asked both of my daughters to put a mask on. Then told them that it would cost $35 per nail set. After they were done with just a very basic acrylic nail set they charged them $55.

One day later. Already growing out. Horrible! Did not push cuticles down or trim around the nail. Never do there! Waste of money

It was my first time getting a lash lift. I've gotten a tint before (they didn't offer lifts where…read moreI went) so I had an idea of how this appointment would go. I did have an early appointment and since having never been here before I arrived early so I wouldn't be late. They did open their doors a little early before they actually opened. I didn't want to be that customer/client who tries to get in early so I just waited lol The woman at the front desk was super nice and helped me check in and let me know that Katie would just be a moment while she prepped her station for me. I had been up since 5am and really didn't want to fall asleep because I wanted to know what the process was and what was being done. Small chit chat didn't keep my attention so I did almost fall asleep. The service was fine? I guess? My lashes on the left eye like didn't take? Not sure if it was because of how it was done or the product that was used? The right eye seemed to work fine. I thought maybe I just needed to put on mascara to really see the difference. I followed after care instructions to a tee! Didn't touch, didn't put on make up for over 24 hours, didn't have them touch water, didn't sleep on my face... The next day my left lashes were pretty much flat compared to my right eye. Ugh. I did get a follow up call to see how my lashes were doing but I was at my bridal shower so there was no way I was gonna stop partying to take that call. I did follow up with them that Monday about how they turned out. They said I could come in so they could fix it for me. I thought, oh wow awesome! They asked for a time that would be best. I said it would be cutting it close for 3:45pm since I get off work at 3:30pm but they said they'd still take me if I got there no later than 3:48pm or something. So they put me on the book for a lash lift fix and I get the email to confirm. So that day I was scheduled, I HAUL ASS because I know time is money, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything. What. Why have me drive out there to tell me that? This could've been a phone call. I get they need to see the lashes but... this could've been communicated to me beforehand. I felt like it was such a waste of my time and money. And then I was told I could come back in the recommended 4 weeks, but I'd still have to pay the same amount... lol why would I pay for a service that didn't work the first time? They offered to comp $20 but that was after I asked. It's just shocking they don't stand by their product. I have gotten my hair done at multiple places (I've moved around a lot), nails done at multiple locations and they offer to fix that service and comp it (if there's anything wrong, which is rare but at least it's offered) And those services are much more expensive than a $70 lash lift. It was really shocking. Take what you will from this review, but I will not be coming back.

I have a super super picky husband who insists on having haircut every two weeks. But not just any…read morehaircut. The perfect haircut. Unfortunately, he also doesn't want to pay a lot of money for it. So for years, he's gone to Great Clips or the like and paid $8.00 for a haircut that 4 out of 5 times looks like I could have done a better job with some clippers in our kitchen. After we moved to O'Fallon, he decided that the nearest Great Clips had screwed him over a time too many and that he was finally willing to pay a little more for a haircut. So the search began. A mile or two down Main Street from our house is this little place called Salon Identity. I went in there once for an eyebrow wax (only $10.00 and she did an AMAZING job). I suggested he call them and find out the price for a haircut. He decided it was sufficient enough if it meant he was going to get a good haircut, and BOY, does he. He always goes to the same stylist - Tara, and she understands how finicky he is about his hair and she's always very patient with him, takes her time, and does a fantastic job. She even cleaned up his neckline and gave him a trim the week of our wedding so that he looked nice and fresh in his tux. Last night, I got my haircut by Tara for the first time and I am SO amazingly pleased at how it turned out. I had no idea it was going to look this good. She even showed me some styling tips to help me out with my new bangs and shorter 'do. The best part is that it only cost me $31.00!!! Absolutely unbelievable! I didn't know you could GET a good hair cut under $40.00. They'll accept walk-ins, but make an appointment today. You'll be so happy!
