I cannot recommend Ava Piercing Company enough! Suffice to say, they have a customer for life! Seriously, this place is gorgeous and everyone is so nice. Every time I go, I just want to curl up on their couches and chat! I went in initially for a piercing that just wasn't healing right (it was not a piercing that they did, it was one that I had done out-of-state) and Trinity was honest with me that it would take a year or more to heal if I chose to keep it. I ultimately decided to take it out and have no regrets. We did a follow up appointment last week and downsized some other piercings that I have as well as changed out a couple that have given me trouble for years and they are already doing better after just a couple of days! I had an amazing experience picking out new jewelry with Trinity's help. The shop is immaculately clean and Trinity herself is extremely welcoming, professional and accommodating. I had originally reached out to her when I saw a piece of jewelry she had posted on Instagram that I liked. I wanted it in white gold which she did not have in stock but she was kind enough to order one and ship it to me. After receiving the jewelry I reached out again about her selection of charms and chains. She offered to send pictures of her inventory but I decided it would be easier to just make the drive to pick them out in person. I drove all the way from LA to shop for chains/charms to add to my existing piercings and I did not leave disappointed. Trinity has a huge selection of jewelry and was super helpful with picking out pieces that would match with my existing jewelry. The studio has a great ambiance to it very quite, usually only one client in at a time, and clean. I thought I was going to need to get my ears pierced again as it had been a while since I have worn them and I could only slide them through partially but thankfully I did not have to. Trinity suggested that I may not have to do any unnecessary piercing especially if the piercings are still open, they just needed to be stretched. She helped me in the process of piercing stretching- it does not hurt as much as one would think. Btw they do not charge for that service. Overall I only paid for the earrings. Trinity was very gentle, knowledgeable about what she was doing and explained everything very clearly before proceeding with anything. I felt welcomed and comfortable. In July, I got my nose pierced at a studio in Temecula ( not here!) ... they pierced it with a hoop & needless to say it got terribly infected & I had the awful "bump" no one likes!! I happened to be in old town late one Sunday & saw the lights for AVA piercing company. In hopes they could give me some help, i walked up but they were closing. She took a look at my nose & said she'd stay open to fix my botched piercing. She was SO knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & professional! AMAZING! Let me start by saying that I was super hesitant to get my nipples re-pierced. I had them around 4 years ago and took them out due to the fact that they would not heal. I searched up piercing shops near me and Ava Piercing Company popped up. i came here with a friend so she could get her septum pierced.
