Since it was our first time, we mentioned we were leaning toward one drink and just wanted to confirm a few things about less ice and size. He responded with "What drink?" and proceeded as if we were ready to order, without really addressing our questions. It wasn't the words themselves, but the tone and approach that felt rude. When I later asked for a receipt, he pointed to the tablet screen where it mentioned receipts would be emailed, though he did eventually hand me a printed copy. Overall, the interaction just didn't feel welcoming. Drinks - We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee with less ice, though it still came with quite a bit of ice.
