I'm off work today! My husband, my sister, and I--the three of us--booked appointments for a scalp treatment and massage. We opted for the 90-minute package. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM; my husband and I arrived first, while my sister was about ten minutes late. The staff welcomed us very warmly and didn't make an issue of the late arrival at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the sensation of the water flowing over my head--it felt incredibly soothing. They performed a scalp analysis, and I could see that I had some red bumps and dandruff on my scalp. After the wash, however, my scalp felt incredibly clean and comfortable. The shoulder massage, in particular, was absolutely blissful--it was pure heaven! We will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

i've been here a few times since they opened. i have never had any issues with them and they provided good service and pretty decent massages for the price. they would constantly try to chat or sell me scalp service which i would decline but i didn't mind since they're brand new. i saw they had a sale on Groupon for a 1 hour deep tissue massage for $40 and i purchased it. i tried twice to book the service and they said no one was available to do the massage. the 2nd time i tried i managed to get an appointment, but an hour before they texted me saying they had to cancel and could not accept the coupon for the service. i was unable to get a refund from Groupon and lost $40 and never received a massage. i am very disappointed in how quickly their service declined, and i would recommend saving your money and going to another spot in the area. read more

I've been here twice and the second time was horrible. The first time I booked a 90 minute massage with a hot stones and a back scrub, which was a very pleasant experience. I actually recommended it to a family member based off of that and we went back. We booked the same massage however, they only performed the massage for 60 minutes and not 90. We had to lay back down to receive the other 30 minutes. The vibe was extremely awkward because they blamed us for not telling them the time of the massage. However, we called and booked our appointments in advance. When we arrived, I even showed her the Groupon that I purchased so she knew I paid for a 90 minute massage with hot stones and scrub. After using the Groupon to pay for the massage I tipped $20 and thank them for the massage despite the confusion with the time. The lady that was performing my massage responded telling me that I was beautiful, but I would be much prettier if I got skinnier. That was extremely rude and I definitely will not be returning or recommending anybody to come here. read more

Don't trust this place or their deals on Groupon, it is not worth it. Twice now I was told a massage appointment that was made by them with a specific person was actually not working that day once I got there at the appointment time. I even called to confirm. When I arrived, they simply said that person does not work today, no apologies. The guy working at the front desk with a language barrier was not even able to provide service or communicate why they made an appointment erroneously or what they could do for me, he offered no resolution. In fact, he just left me at check-in after telling me the massage therapist I had an appointment with does not work today and went to make a call outside the spa and literally disappeared and left without any communication. I waited for 20 minutes and he never returned, and there was no one else working the front desk so I just had to leave. They are very unprofessional, this is not how you run a business. I would have been okay if they told me it was an error and offered a reschedule or another therapist since I was already there, but they did not even try to fix the situation at all. For your money, there are many other massage places in the same area like Another Beautiful Day Spa that respect your time, offer legitimate appointments and run the place professionally. read more

This was the worst massage I've ever had. The pressure was super weak so I kept asking for more pressure but then he would just carry on doing what he was doing. He also was doing the massage over a blanket half the time so it was extra weak. I asked for my traps to be worked on several times but he would do it for a second then go somewhere else like my feet or back. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. Purchased a 75 min couples massage from Groupon (but only got 60 min). I called ahead of time to schedule the massage for 7pm (6 hours ahead), got there on time, was brought to the room, but we were literally laying there for at least 10 minutes waiting for them to come in. (I checked the clock). The guy started massaging my boyfriend at 715, my masseuse didn't come in till 5 min after. Kinda awkward that my boyfriend was already getting a massage and I was just laying there. THE WALLS ARE THIN. We can hear people from the lobby, the door opening and closing (and that stupid wind chime), and even the toilets flushing (it flushed 3 times in the hour that we were there). My masseuse asked me if the pressure was good, and I told her to please go a little harder/deeper, but she didn't. It was more rubbing than kneading most of the time to be honest. Being a couples massage, you would think that the experience would be similar, but no. Boyfriend got the hot stones way before I did. And the guy had to leave the room to get the stones. He also left the room another time to check the lobby cause someone walked in. Then after a while, my masseuse left the room to get the stones for me. Why weren't the stones in the room already, so they wouldn't have to keep leaving the room? Speaking of the room, it was cramped in there. My boyfriend's masseur bumped into my arm several times. Also, they talked to each other in Chinese SEVERAL times, taking away the serene experience. Remember how I said we paid for a 75 min massage but only got 60 min? Worst part, not only did my boyfriend get started on his massage 5 min before I did, my massage also ended before his did. So when my masseuse said, all done, my boyfriend was still getting his massage. It was awkward for me that I was just laying there while his masseur worked on him for another 3-4 minutes. So I probably got a 55 min massage instead of 75. Finally, when they exited the room, they left the door ajar. We were just in our underwear and if there were people in there, they could have looked in. Where's the privacy? This experience was just terrible and people here weren't professional at all! My masseuse was just wearing a random t shirt and jean shorts. My arm rubbed into her bare legs several times too during my massage. I've had better massages from friends who weren't even "trained". My boyfriend probably got a 4 star massage and I got a 2 star massage. Was originally gonna give 3 star, but as I'm writing this review, it's pissing me off more and more. Worst massage experience I've had. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE COMING BACK HERE. (Also, if you're reading this and purchasing it from Groupon, thinking you're getting a deal, you're really not.) Please do not go here. The massage hurt and they did not do a good job. Plus the person doing my massage tried selling the scalp treatment to me twice during the massage. When leaving through the door with my boyfriend, they tried stopping us because they wanted us to give them $10 each. We asked why because the massage really hurt and it didn't feel that good. She said because we used Groupon, we need to tip at least $10 each. We don't understand the reasoning. Overall, the worst place we have gone to for massages. We aren't coming back. Okay so here is my review, I was looking for a good solid place to make my new go-to spot that's not crazy pricey, but does the trick to work out some kinks. I found a deal on Groupon and figured I'd give them a try, especially since they had great reviews. They are fairly new and still building their clientele. There is plenty of parking in the lot and also street parking, the place inside is nicely decorated and clean. I had a massage from Jenny and she did an EXCELLENT job, I love having a massage and my body feels like it's had a massage after, nice and relaxed. I was impressed, her demeanor was great and good English so there wasn't miscommunication. The pressure was perfect, and what I really enjoyed was the complete strokes. This place even had a scalp massage option, which I will definitely be back for that! They also have a couples room, so if that's your thing it's an option also, even walking on the back. Nice variety of add ons like hot stones (which I got) and loved with the hot oil...a little peace of heaven after a long day at work. My only concern and suggestion is that I paid for a full body massage, full body is head to toe! They don't massage your feet :( they should massage your feet or something for at least a few minutes, they in fact avoid your feet...that was a head to ankle massage and I was really looking forward to my feet being rubbed, they could even save that part for last lol so that's my only complaint. I know they have reflexology massages, but I didn't want that. So hopefully they incorporate the feet at some point for full body massages. Otherwise, good massage. Thanks Jenny! read more

I don't recommend this place at all , the lady who massaged me was really ROUGH from start to end. During my massage session she step out the room to answer her phone & she left the door open with no privacy also on Groupon it states I'd receive a "luxurious head & scalp massage " which did not meet my expectations. The lady who massaged me ended up switching places with her husband which was way better because he was taking his time & being kind the lady in the other hand was so ROUGH & RUSHED the entire time . I don't know who Ava is, but she is a mess! I purchase a 90-minute treatment on Groupon, show up for my appointment and no one is there. I call the number from their waiting room. Someone -- who is not there -- answers. She tells me to come back in an hour. So I do. There is confusion over what I purchased on Groupon (one-hour scalp treatment plus 30-minute massage). She says she'll give me a one-hour massage and 30-minute scalp treatment. Fine. Unfortunately, I got the "rough lady," who clearly has had zero training as a masseuse. She alternated savagely kneading me like dough and smearing me with oil like she was waxing a floor with her hands. Thoughts running through my head: "Help!" "I've gotta get out of here." "I need to leave before the scalp part." "This lady hates me." "This lady hates her life." After the oil basting, during which she left to take payment from another customer and her cellphone blared with texts, she performed the "scalp treatment," which consisted of shampooing my hair twice with A LOT of shampoo that lathered like dishwashing soap while she yanked my head from side to side, then raking my scalp with some kind of plastic implement. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, she blew my hair dry without combing it out! I was left with a dried, tangled bird's nest. As I lurched toward the door, she called after me, "Tips!" I shook my battered and mangled head "no" and fled. Ava seems nice, but this place is a scam. (The Groupon "deal" states the regular price of the treatment is $280 and that for $117.45, they are offering it at 53% off.
