From the moment you walk in, Dustin or Jason will happily greet you, have you fill out a quick form to circle all the spots you want focus on, and then they walk you to your massage location. I've had two different gals massage me and both are exceptional! I have zero complaints! Pressure was amazing, pacing was great, technique was perfect. I just love it. I took my mom today and she usually is like "meh" after a massage but after coming here, she could not stop praising them! It helped her sciatica so much! She said all the tension in her leg and head were gone! It's a small place but it's so clean, so welcoming, and so professional! The only thing I will mention is you need to leave early so you don't get caught up in Pasadena traffic. There is a parking structure nearby that has dedicated spots for Beautiful Day and it's like a 2-minute walk. I will be taking my mom and sister back here often. Thank you, guys!

I'm willing to accept the charge, but I must express my disagreement. I am never going back to your business. To be clear, I was a generous tipper for your staff during my visit, yet that seems to have had no bearing on my overall experience. This has led me to reconsider my loyalty to your business. Numerous alternatives offer similar services, and their customer service is worth considering. You may have lost a long-term customer due to this incident. I hope you take this feedback seriously. I started off in a communal space, where there were other customers getting their massage. Here, I received a feet soak, along with the foot massage. At first, I was a little disappointed because it didn't feel like she was using enough force. But eventually, I was moved into a private room for the back massage and she definitely dug in there. She found my knots and really worked on them. I left mostly satisfied but I would've loved the experience more if there was the same amount of strength used for my entire body. The staff welcomed us very warmly and didn't make an issue of the late arrival at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the sensation of the water flowing over my head--it felt incredibly soothing. They performed a scalp analysis, and I could see that I had some red bumps and dandruff on my scalp. After the wash, however, my scalp felt incredibly clean and comfortable. The shoulder massage, in particular, was absolutely blissful--it was pure heaven! We will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We purchased a groupon for 2 headspas for 75 minutes. They first analyze your hair follicles and recommend ways to prevent dandruff and oily scalps. Afterwords they take you to your room where they deep clean your scalp. We chose to include a massage with our experience which was a nice added bonus. When you're all done your hair is blow dried with products to enhance its health. What stood out to me the most was the clean rooms, clean floor ways and how my tech gently blow dried and brushed my hair (I have thick long hair). It made me feel extra cared for. The last spa I went to, did not want to brush my hair, nor was the experience relaxing. Definitely one of my top favorite spots! Will come back again.

Extremely Uncomfortable Experience…read more I called ahead to book a massage for two people, and during the confirmation process, the woman on the phone started yelling at me. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The massage itself was decent but definitely not worth $45 for just 30 minutes. When it was time to leave, it got even worse. One woman stood blocking the door, asking repeatedly for a tip. As I kept trying to move toward the door, she refused to step aside and just stood there waiting until we tipped. On top of that, when we asked if there would be an additional $2 fee charge for using the card again she said "yes, two dollars is not too much" which is incredibly disrespectful. The entire experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and high-pressure. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone
