We come from the woodlands where everything is nice so finding this gem was nothing short of a miracle! I mean NO CARPETS! Top of the line amenities it's always clean. (At least aside from when PEOPLE DONT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS) but that not the complex fault. The staff has been great, they remember us, they're happy to help and answer any questions. The gate ALWAYS WORKS! Unless there's an outrage but they go above and beyond to prepare all tenants for all of this! The maintenance is incredible, super quick, respectful and kind! Even change your lightbulbs if you need it! I'm alone sometimes and I've never felt disrespected or as if I'm a bother when I need something fixed. It's safe, my children love to play in their balcony it's actually roomy enough for them to get some chalk and play outside! Don't get me wrong. I've complained about noise and I mean that's also not the complex fault! It's just the Inconsiderate people that don't have any respect for others. I mean if you want to party or rearrange your entire furniture or even play video games and scream at the top of your lungs don't do it at 3 am when others are sleeping. That's not good apartment community behavior. The staff has handled everything in a timely manner and also in a profesional one. For those complaining about the pool and bringing extra people I mean cmon if you had a pool would you like random people coming Into your yard to use your things. Come take a tour, come see for yourself, nothing is ever perfect. But not everything is horrible like some make it seem!

My apartment has been infiltrated with gnats, ants, and roaches, and I moved in a few days prior to September 2025. I am now escalating this to Harris County Environmental Public Health / Neighborhood Nuisance, in addition to the Texas Department of State Health Services's Public Health Sanitation. The so-called General Manager, Stephanie Sellars, is a complete joke. I almost slipped on trash in the hallway in front of my own doorstep due to the filthy neighbors. They do nothing to adhere to their own lease agreement. Perhaps, enforcing this in court will be my the next steps. I have photographs to substantiate each statement. It's ridiculous. It's mentally draining, and it's time a court steps in because taking my time out of the day when I finally decide to address the same issues over and over takes its toll, and they should be liable. Also, the resident parking garage often resembles a mechanic shop rather than a residential parking garage, with cars and large trucks regularly being repaired there. This creates unnecessary safety concerns, including the potential for oil spills, debris, and other hazards. As an example, on Friday, July 10, 2026, I reported a vehicle that was elevated while repairs were being performed. Although I was advised the matter had been addressed, the vehicle remained in that condition more than four hours later. Also, look at how the toilet is situated. I have been subjected to using the guest bathroom, never using the jacuzzi tub since moving in almost a year ago; however, when I mentioned this to the Towers of Seabrook Manager, Stephanie Sellars, she chuckled and stated, "They're all built the same, and why would they single out my apartment." I have bumped my funny bone twice as a result of this defective and unusable toilet, as the toilet also extends well beyond the toilet paper holder, so it's impossible to place it on its holder and pull from it while sitting on the toilet. Moreover, look at how my bedroom door obstructs the entrance to the bathroom. I have to close my bedroom door just to gain full access to the bathroom. As I continue organizing my binders of photographs and documentation supporting the concerns described in this review, I also plan to visit the corporate office in person to discuss these issues.

Mold is not just an inconvenience -- it's a serious health hazard, and they clearly don't take it seriously. For the rent they charge, you'd expect a safe, livable space. What you actually get is management that doesn't care, constant maintenance headaches, and the stress of knowing you're breathing in air that isn't healthy. Save yourself the money and frustration. There are plenty of other apartments in Houston -- don't waste your time or health here.

I came in without formally reserving a tour (had…read moreanother tour prior and didn't know how long that would have lasted) and upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Ms. Jezek. She was assisting another person, but was very friendly and even offered me water as I waited. The lobby is beautifully decorated and it's cool to know they have a Christmas decorating section. The gym was very nice with a stair climber. As Ms. Jezek became available, she maintained her friendliness and was very down-to-earth. I was originally interested in the E floorplan, but there wasn't any available to tour. She showed me the upgraded F floorplan with SS appliances and granite countertops. She explained the differences and comparisons of F to E units. The upgraded F was very nice and almost perfect minus the price. Upon getting back to the office, Ms. Jezek went above and beyond even explaining some D/C/B floorplans. Sadly, most units have either white or black appliances and it's a gamble on which you could receive. I explained to her that my prior apt, San Marin in Austin was an older apt had white appliances that I despise. I just cannot go back to white appliances - they are ugly and outdated, and mines at San Marin felt like they were from the 80s. *Anyways off of that sidenote* Ms. Jezek did not assume that my last apt was low income due to the older appliances. She was very understanding and searched for units that had a newer finish with the right price. Ms. Jezek even showed me the actual unit. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and bright. The attached garage was a real treat. The grounds appeared to be lovely with its foliage, and tall trees, and I didn't see any exposing trash littered throughout. There are some things I'd have to consider such as living near children. I saw children's toys in the adjacent unit across from the unit I toured. That was one turn-off since I WFM and prefer quietness over screams. Another thing is the lack of parking around the unit considering most of them were numbered (reserved). I wasn't much interested in having valet trash service again, had it at Valencia Place in Houston. The apt complex may be older, but the curb appeal is very beautiful. It's in a prime location especially if you shop in CL. I'll have to deliberate further with Ms. Jezek before my final decision.

My apartment has visible mold, confirmed by their own inspector, yet management refuses to relocate me or provide a safe living environment . I have become extremely sick -- constant headaches, breathing issues, fatigue -- and I've lost work because of it. Instead of helping, they've dragged out the process, ignored my urgent emails, and even told me to complete a move-out cleaning checklist in a mold-infested apartment. I have nowhere to go, and my health is getting worse every day. This is not how you treat human beings. Future renters, please be aware -- once you sign a lease here, if there's a serious health hazard, you may be left on your own to suffer.

This is in building 5. Living in an apartment is very common to have roaches or any kind of bug but when they live in the cracks and holes in the kitchen, it should really be let known before you move in. Cockroaches have been reported to spread at least 33 kinds of bacteria, six kinds of parasitic worms and at least seven other kinds of human pathogens.

I am now fully aware of my upstairs neighbor's routine while I am still reestablishing mine. She wakes up at 6 am every day and walks around in her heels for about 2 hours before she departs around 8:30. She gets home at 5 pm and has her friends' dogs over on the weekends that have crazy zoomies late in the night.. On day 2, our A/C stopped working. The following week, we needed to take a trip out of state and were gone for about 4 days. Upon getting back, there was a HUGE puddle of water sitting on our floor from the a/c closet.... So they do not FIX things- they put a band-aid on it. The walls are extremely thin- I hear banging and clunking at all hours of the day. It's extremely devastating and disappointing to have all these issues within 2 weeks. Don't let the appearance of the apartments be your only deciding factor if you appreciate quiet and peaceful environments. I guess I will have to buy my upstairs neighbor some slippers to make my mornings a bit quieter.

The landscaping, lakes, and pools give this property a resort - like feel. My unit has a townhouse design with many windows that fill it with natural light. It is 2BR, 2BA, with an upstairs loft and a one car garage below. Rent is in the mid $1400s. So far I have been very impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the office and security personnel as well as the maintenance foreman Javier. He has lived there for over 20 years. I give Las Palmas 4 instead of 5 stars simply because it opened in 1993 and is a bit faded as one would expect. The decor is from that time with white appliances, beige carpets, and single pane windows with miniblinds. However even with these signs of age it is still superior in floor plans and amenities to any other property in the area. I will post an update after a few months of living there.

There are two pools at this complex. One is a 50M lap pool and the other is a community pool. For…read morethe last 6 days, the lap pool has been closed for algae in the pool and being chemically treated. When I brought my concern to the management, I was told that the pool filters were clogged by the surrounding palm trees. The community pool is surrounded by palm trees and it is crystal clear. Then I was told that they were going to have to order new filters. Well I owned a pool for 10 years at my home and I NEVER replaced the filters. I just removed them from their cannister and cleaned them with a hose and then re-installed them.There is no excuse for a pool being shut down for a week for maintenance. This started on Saturday and it is Thursday and the pool is still filthy. The other thing that I hate is being lied to by management as to why the pool is in the condition it is in and when things will be repaired. They never even tell you when the repairs will be made, just they have parts on order which should be readily available at your local pool store. I am charged a monthly service fee for the pool and I do not get to use the amenity I pay for. I have been a resident of this apartment complex for 6 long months and I can't wait to move. Greystone Management is horrible and the service here has been pathetic. I have posted pictures of the pool and a picture of the lap pool on their website. There is no comparison.
