We were enthusiastically greeted by the owner of the operation, who gave us a tour of the sparkling clean facility like we had just won a golden ticket ! In the heart of the Las Vegas valley, there is a team innovating jerky, into something that is unlike anything else you've ever tried. Gas stations, grocery stores, and even other so-called boutique jerky companies are selling low quality, over priced trash, this isn't just beef jerky, its meat candy ! There's traditional style chewy jerky with a buttery feathery pull, but the CRISPY jerky is where the money is. Crunchy, melt in your mouth goodness. I left with arms full of bags. My favorites are definitely the honey BBQ which, tastes what a Lays BBQ chip wishes it could be. And the Ponzu Sriracha with gorgeous umami and a low heat. My wife purchased 3 different packs of beef jerky from a local fair for $25. 2 of them are inedible. They are rock hard. Batch numbers 3504221 and 3504223.
