Let me start by saying this place is amazing we came for brunch we didn't know about menu shift changes BUT it wasn't a bad thing was really wanting a steak but we were too early. I got the burger was cooked perfect and tasted great our server was amazing the food was fast I got envious after seeing seeing someone's else food the portobello so we had to try it and they were amazing. The restaurant was nice chairs comfortable bathroom cleaning parking wasn't a problem but we were there around brunch so easy parking is expected we will be back sooner than later for the full dinner menu. Went for a ladies night out for good food and we found it. We shared 2 steaks which were both cooked perfectly, and it was enough for us to share. I will be returning for the tomahawk, portobello mushrooms and the fried kale salad. It was recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Something I would've never ordered was absolutely full of flavor. Con's : The bread when we sat down was hard and tasteless As nice as our waiter was, he was busing too many tables and did not come around to check up on us. Appts were okay....butternut squash was VERY dry. Not like the last time I had it. I tried to ask for extra maple to moisten it but it did not help at all. Didn't even eat it. The cauliflower was good. Nice mix of sweet and spicy. Fried spinach salad is one of my faves! Melts in your mouth and I'm not even a big salad person. And then we tried the shrimp and artichokes. When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. Came for an early dinner at 4:45pm pn Mother's Day. We had a party of 11 and waited maybe 10mins for our table. We have an elderly family member with our party so the elevator was a must for her. The dining room is upstairs only with a small bar on the first foor. The restaurant is located in front of the fountain and near PKWY tavern. There is plenty of parking, especially underground. Which you can get lost in if you don't remember which elevator you came up from. Our waiter was Juan Carlos, I believe. He was good a waiter and a nice guy. The restaurant felt a little too warm that day not sure if the oven and kitchen just took over the air conditioning but it got very warm in there. My husband and I ordered the hanger steak and ribeye cap. My hanger steak seemed more tender and soft compared to his ribeye cap. Or source, we ordered the protebello mushroom fries (which are a must) and calamari. I also ordered a lemo drop martini which was good as it was a little heavy on the vodka side. Overall this restaurant is a good place for steaks but remember they always seem to cook it on the medium rare side, so for well done or more cooked steaks send it back to the grill for longer cooking. read more

Oh first let me say I'm sorry I thought I already posted a review on echo and rig , but somehow it got deleted. I want to give a big shout out to Darren and Jose. Upon arriving, the hostesses were very courteous as I was waiting for my daughter to park the car. They offered me a seat to wait for her as they can see I was disabled upon going upstairs. Once my daughter arrive and being sat we were looking at the menu deciphering what we were gonna have. Jose came over and offered water. He was very kind and throughout the night we watched him working so hard throughout the room, he never stopped with a smile on his face at all times he was pretty blessing, tables, refilling water, and assisting in any way he could what an outstanding team member he is and I hope that the management recognizes that. Our server Darren was extremely knowledgeable and extremely aware of his surroundings. I was absolutely impressed on how he was waiting on another table engaging with these two gentlemen as a woman walked by and he moved his arm backwards and pulled out her chair for her at the table behind him without breaking a beat engaging with the other people, I've never seen a server pull out a chair for a woman which was very impressive. Also, the way he carries drinks on the tips of his fingers. Oh my goodness it was a dinner and a show. And again I hope management understands. what a great server they have with him as he was very informed of very kind, very patient didn't make us feel like we were being rushed just amazing all around. Came here for a birthday brunch. What I thought was great was instead of unlimited mimosas - its just $20 for a bottle with pineapple, orange and white peach juice that you make. This is great since its affordable great price and also easy to share (or drink yourself lol!). I had the salmon benedict which is gluten free as its made on potato cakes vs english muffin. I took a bit of my nieces French toast which was so thick and tasty. How they get that cooked without being soggy is beyond me. My sister-in-law had steak frites which she enjoyed. My son got the Cuban sandwich. They warned him there were a lot of pickles on it and they were not lying. The pickles thankfully are tasty so it was a good thing. The homemade chips were great with it. I had the Short Rib Hash and I can see why it's one of their most popular items. It was amazing. Perfect mix of ingredients with proportionately appropriate amounts of each. The meat was so tender. I was glad they didn't skimp on it. Delicious! Would I come back here again? Definitely! This was the first time I have eaten at echo and rig. My friend hosted her birthday brunch here. The restaurant was very fancy and clean. The waiter was so nice and was checking on us periodically. For a drink, I ordered the seasonal sangria which was an apple sangria. I've never had an apple sangria and it exceeded my expectations. For my entrée, I ordered the Montecristo sandwich. The restaurant itself is upstairs, but they have an elevator, so it's pretty easy to get up there. The dining room is lovely; neutral tones, open kitchen, beautiful windows and patio seating as well. Our server was friendly throughout the meal, and the busser did a great job constantly refilling drinks and clearing plates. Pros: * Oysters were fresh and probably the highlight of the meal. * Lamb porterhouse had very good seasoning. * Service staff was polite and attentive once things got going. Cons: * Service timing was pretty slow. After being seated, it took a while before the server came to welcome (No drink order taken at this point either and another 10+ minutes before our server returned to take the order. * Steak tartare was overly salty, and the bread served with it was soft and thick instead of crisp. * Bone marrow was underwhelming and heavily overpowered by the carne asada/onion mixture. Also disappointing that the dish was pictured with two bones but only came with one. * Shrimp cocktail was fine, but nothing memorable. * Swordfish had decent flavor but was slightly overcooked. * Lamb, ribeye, and hanger steak were all overcooked as well. The hanger steak especially was overcharred. * Chimichurri served with the ribeye tasted mostly like olive oil with very little herbs in it even after requesting more. Overall, the biggest issue was the food execution. For a restaurant centered around steaks, too many dishes came out overcooked or underwhelming. This was my third visit to Echo & Ring, and I'm happy to say the quality of the food and the consistency of the service have both remained excellent. Given the upscale location and the valet-parked cars out front, you might expect a stuffy, high-end steakhouse. It's not. While it's certainly a white-tablecloth establishment, it's refreshingly approachable. You can get a fantastic 8oz filet for around $50 -- a genuine bargain compared to many other steakhouses in town. The service is genuinely friendly, and they never let your water glass go empty. One of the best features is the fantastic patio that overlooks the main entrance, giving you a perfect view of the beautiful Tivoli Village fountain and its lighting display. The only minor downside is that an occasional loud car driving by can disrupt the ambiance. They always start you off with drinks and warm bread served with whipped butter. If you order a salad to share, they'll thoughtfully plate it for two. All steaks come with chips, but there are plenty of excellent sides to choose from as well. This time, I ordered the filet again -- perfectly cooked medium-rare (is there any other way?) -- and my wife had the salmon. Both were delicious. The salmon had that wonderful wood-plank flavor you can really taste. For sides, we went with the mashed potatoes and the broccolini, both of which were divine. After a long time debating on coming back here. I gave it another shot. Management is still different , majority of people are new. Everyone else left.. but the Host Luka was still there and she remembered me from over a year ago, and was very respectful and sweet, she made me feel comfortable, because I was really not wanting to come back here at all.. The menu has been pretty consistent since we've been coming, the food offerings are the same and always delicious! The hot dog is an elevated version and is amazing! College sports was on and I had a good view of the TV at my bar seat. The bar area not only has seats at the bar itself, but a table or two within the same area. The bartenders are very nice and friendly. They take good care of you from start to finish. We tried their Espresso Martini which was pretty good! Next we shared a burger which is the reason it was already cut in half. I hadn't tried their burger before and was conflicted if I would order medium - as other steakhouses a medium could come out quite rare still. After speaking with the bartender in gauging how their medium would be, we opted for medium well to get the pink, but not the bloody red. After getting the burger, I would say one half was a good pink but the other half was more medium well for sure which made it more dry. For sure, I would order the burger at medium next time. We ordered a Crab Benedict, one crab cake, thick cut bacon, portobello fries, lemon ricotta pancakes and regular fries. It was all pretty good although it took a while to get everything. After reading several glowing reviews of the Echo & Rig Summerlin location, I thought it would be the ideal restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Our evening started on a poor note at the hostess station. Upon arrival, the hostess did not greet us, say good evening, or even ask if we had a reservation. When I gave our name, she stayed silent for nearly 45 seconds before pointing to a table and saying, "You can wait over there." A few minutes later, a second hostess escorted us upstairs. She noticed the anniversary note on our reservation and warmly congratulated us, which made us hope the initial cold reception was just an isolated incident. Our waiter started out equally courteous, professional and inviting, also wishing us a happy anniversary. However, his attentiveness disappeared after taking our order. Though he had handed us the wine list, he never returned to ask if we wanted a drink, nor did he check on us during the meal to see how the food was. He only reappeared once we finished to ask about dessert. We couldn't help but notice he spent the entire night heavily attending to a large party seated right behind us. In contrast, the rest of the floor staff was wonderful. The food runner was professional and courteous, and the gentleman refilling our water glasses provided truly excellent customer service. He was highly attentive and even boxed up my wife's leftovers at the end of the meal. As for the food, the kitchen seems to struggle with bread. The complimentary bread and butter before the meal were flavorless and very chewy. For starters, I ordered the avocado hummus with charred bread and my wife had the wild mushroom soup. The charred bread was poorly prepared and lacked any flavor beyond the char. Fortunately, our entrees - the lollipop kale and the branzino ala plancha - were much better. Potential diners should also note that the acoustics are poor, making the room very loud and conversation difficult. The evening ended much like it began. As we walked past the hostess station to leave, four young ladies were looking down at something, presumably a single screen. Not one looked up to acknowledge us or say good night. We left wondering if this was just a series of unfortunate events or a reflection of the restaurant's standards. The hostess provided any accommodations if needed as the eating area is upstairs. Once seated, the indoor eating area looks nice. You can see the kitchen area and each table has ample space. I started with the fried olives and bbq pork belly and both were absolutely delicious. I liked the olives a bit more, if you're not an olive lover you may still like these. I was saddened they had run out of the ribeye cap by 5pm and our reservation was at 7:30pm but I still had a different ribeye that was cooked to perfection. Visited Echo & Rig's beautiful location at Tivoli Village for a belated birthday dinner and had such a delightful time. They have complimentary valet parking right outside and you enter into their lobby area that includes a full bar and butcher shop. You can purchase different cuts to take home and all their meats are very reasonably priced. They have seating upstairs as well as an outdoor patio area. Our server was very professional and friendly and made great recommendations. Their menu is quite extensive and there were so many different sides to pick from. We ended up ordering a tomahawk steak to share along with a few sides and oysters. Oh the best part is the offer complimentary corkage! This same dinner would run 2-3x the amount if it were on the strip so save yourself some $$$ and make the drive down to Tivoli! read more

I have to write another review to RAVE about their seafood. We ordered the crabcake appetizer and while it was only one cake, it was plenty to share and filled with fresh crab and perfectly seasoned. My husband and I had such a wonderful afternoon meal here and I would say that their Swordfish is the best in Las Vegas! I ordered the Shrimp and Artichoke meal which I have had three times, and it is consistently delicious; both of these seafood entrees were $33 each. read more
