Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant? The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

the food here is consistently great, the service is always extremely polite and knowledgeable about the menu. sometimes it can be a little slow but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I also have never had a bad cocktail from here!

We always have such a great experience at Echo & Rig in Tivoli Village! My dad loves celebrating his birthday here, so it has become one of those places we enjoy coming back to for special occasions. The atmosphere is always beautiful and lively without taking away from the dining experience, and the service has consistently been great. My dad ordered his favorite, the filet mignon, and he absolutely loved it as always. My mom had a ribeye steak, and the kids kept it simple with burgers and fries, which they enjoyed. For appetizers, we ordered two crab cakes, calamari, and the lamb cigars. The crab cakes were really good, and everything was great for sharing with the table. We also ordered mashed potatoes and mac and cheese as sides. I went with the Caesar salad, and it was delicious! Personally, I would have loved just a tiny bit more dressing, but it was still fresh, flavorful, and something I would definitely order again. One thing we really appreciate when dining out as a family is having a Spanish-speaking server, since that's how my parents feel most comfortable ordering and asking questions. We always request one when we come here. Unfortunately, that request wasn't able to be accommodated this time, but our server was still incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire meal. I wish I could remember her name! She had gauges in her ears and took great care of us. Her back server, Jose, was also excellent and very attentive. Between the two of them, we felt well taken care of the entire time. Another nice touch is that Echo & Rig always provides a complimentary birthday dessert, which makes the celebration feel a little more special. My dad had a wonderful birthday dinner, everyone enjoyed their food, and we had a great time together. We've celebrated here before and will definitely continue coming back. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and consistently attentive service. Thank you for helping make another one of my dad's birthdays special!

Came here for a business lunch. Sat right down. Menu really has no lunch specials. Service was very good and nice ambiance. Menu is not cheap with $50 lunch steaks on it. I ordered the salmon sandwich for $18. My guest ordered calamari, Ceaser salad, rib eye steak, Mac and cheese and a turtle sundae. And he ate most of it! Food was very good and decent portions. But $154 for 2 for Lunch still quite expensive!

Really great space and interior! The food is good but didn't blow us away. The service was top notch. We got the lamb cigars which were interesting and yummy. The cuban grilled cheese is good but average. The spencer was tender and good for its price. It was a great dining experience including the window seat on the second floor and the view of Tivoli village.

Everything about this place went well. The food, the staff, the service, the ambience. Couldn't have asked for anything better. My group and I have decided the Everytime we come to Vegas we will eat here.

I came here for lunch and opted for the steak sandwich. It was cooked to perfection! The steak was so juicy and tender and I subs it for fries. I also ordered two cocktails (Guava about it) those were absolutely delicious and refreshing . Selso (or Salso) was such a great waiter and has great personality. I will definitely be back for dinner since the lunch vibe was more chill .

Went for a ladies night out for good food and we found it. We shared 2 steaks which were both cooked perfectly, and it was enough for us to share. I will be returning for the tomahawk, portobello mushrooms and the fried kale salad. It was recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Something I would've never ordered was absolutely full of flavor. Con's : The bread when we sat down was hard and tasteless As nice as our waiter was, he was busing too many tables and did not come around to check up on us. The bus boys were really good at filling water and cleaning up our table. But the place did lack customer service. They did make up for it with some delicious desserts. They gave us the trio sorbets which was very tasty, but the Rocky Rd., Sunday stole the show. I will be going back. The place was nice inside and out. It was a great place to walk around when finished.

The best steak in Las Vegas. If you want a nice romantic spot for a date, I highly recommend this place. My gf surprised me with a birthday dinner here and it was fantastic. We got the tomahawk steak and it was incredible. They show you some pieces from their butcher beforehand and you get to choose which you want. After, when the steak comes out, they provide a lot of options of sauces to try out. The service was very professional. I would gladly come back here again and try everything else. The tomahawk was so gigantic, that I got them meat sweats after. lol

5 stars for Derek, Erin, and Kristin! Echo & Rig has hands down the best happy hour in Las Vegas. Derek has amazing music taste, is always smiling, and makes the whole experience so much fun. Erin and Kristin were equally fantastic, and the three of them work together like a dream team. The service was attentive, welcoming, and seamless from start to finish. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about everyone. I'll definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend! I wish I could give six stars!!

Butternut squash - horrible/dry and cauliflower- good, sweet&spicy
    Victoria G.

Service was amazing. I can't remember if his name was Darren or Derek and the server assistant Juan! Love the gin drink called the remedy with lemon and lavender. Super refreshing. Appts were okay....butternut squash was VERY dry. Not like the last time I had it. I tried to ask for extra maple to moisten it but it did not help at all. Didn't even eat it. The cauliflower was good. Nice mix of sweet and spicy. Fried spinach salad is one of my faves! Melts in your mouth and I'm not even a big salad person. And then we tried the shrimp and artichokes. When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. We also spoke to a manager about the great service, which I did mention how dry the butternut squash was during the conversation. Apparently offering a different dish or removing the dish and taking it off the check isn't a thing anymore if food isn't up to standards. Or even firing up a new one. A little disappointed about that, but it is what it is.

    Calamari
    Kathryn W.

This was a spur of the moment choice to try a steakhouse in Vegas. This one came up and with it also being a butcher we thought we would get some excellent cuts of meat. We weren't disappointed. We started off with the calamari and both really enjoyed the aïoli sauce that it came with. It was lightly breaded and fried to perfection. My partner tried the pineapple express mocktail and it tasted like summer nights. I had the ribeye with the mushroom sauce and my partner had the Spencer, which is basically the ribeye without the cap and she had bearnaise sauce. All of the steaks come with both some garlic potato chips and a mushroom m Rockefeller, which is a vegetarian version of an oyster Rockefeller. The chips were are fine. I was hoping for them to be a little bit more garlicky. They just tasted like potato chips so no actual complaint and the mushroom Rockefeller was interesting. I don't know if it's something I would order regularly, but I definitely wasn't upset to have it on my plate. Wheelchair accessibility: there was valet parking right in front of the restaurant which we did not utilize. We instead used the nearby parking garage. There was not as many accessible spots as you would expect we had to really search for one. There's an elevator that'll take you up into a building and then the accessible path of travel to get where we needed to go actually went through another restaurant seating area that was outside, which was a little bit difficult to navigate. Other than that, the restaurant itself was fairly accessible the bathrooms on the second floor as was the eating area, but there was an elevator that was easily available. The path of travel throughout the restaurant was a little bit tight, but the bathroom door was very light, and the bathroom itself was well laid out.

The latter two are vegetarian and I wanted to go for a vegetarian friendly restaurant just for them. The olive oil tasting was my idea so I also had to choose the restaurant. My LTP and I actually went to a different tapas restaurant about a month ago and we loved it. So I wanted to try one of these again. Our tasting was scheduled to start at 6:00pm and I booked a reservation for 4:00pm through OpenTable. They have a very spacious patio, but due to the excessive heat warning in place at the time, we decided to dine inside. I didn't look at their hours of operation beforehand, so when we walked in, it was empty. Then I noticed that they open at 4:00pm on Saturday's and we were literally the first customers inside. We got a spacious table near the back of the restaurant, where our waiter for the day was Zach. He explained to us that all their food on the menu is based out of Spain, especially the paella, which takes about 40 minutes to cook and is meant to serve about two-four people. We started off with some drinks, where I got the mango margarita, my LTP and my dad respectively got the Atomic Duck and the El Pato Loco Mexican Lager from Able Baker, and my mom and my best friend's mom and stepdad shared a bottle of Chardonnay. While the margarita was on a bit of the sweet side compared to other margaritas I've had, it was still really good and it had a really fruity taste to it. We ordered the following and all six of us shared most of them; short rib pintxo, pork belly pave, patatas bravas, ole mis croquetas, iberico dates, and chicken tinga/braise short rib empanadas. Initially, I ordered just the chicken tinga for myself and my LTP was supposed to get the braise short rib, but my plate had chicken tinga and braise short rib together. That was ok, though, because both the chicken and short rib were absolutely delicious. The short rib pintxo came on a stick, with the rib falling off the stick as I took the first bite out of it. The pork belly pave was cooked perfectly. The patatas brava were spicy, but I would say 'good' spicy. The croquetas were overall one of my favorites; when I sliced it down the middle with my fork, the mashed potato filling spilled out of it. Hands down, Tres was a fantastic restaurant. The portions weren't too big or too small and everything here was so good. Would love to sit on their patio when the weather becomes cooler!

We definitely didn't know what most of the items were so we just went with their suggestion, which was to start at the top of the menu and work your way down. This is great as you get to really try everything. And then if there is something you'd like, you can go back and order more of it. Even just exploring the entire menu is an experience in itself. They were all really great but the ones I'd mention are Morcilla con huevos de codorniz, Gamba, Classic anchovy and Pulpo. But honestly, just try them all if you can and decide for yourself. But the Gamba and Anchovy are one of the few dishes that aren't served with toast. They usually only do 3 items at a time, but my suggestion is that when you are getting to your last few bites of your order, order the next round so you don't have to wait. If you're in a drinking mood, they have some good wines or beers that can pair with your meal. If you plan on drinking 3+ glasses of wine or beers then I'd highly suggest to go for the all you can drink option which you can also try different wines with each meal if you'd like. Although this is AYCE, don't expect it to be like any regular AYCE restaurant or buffet. These are quality tapas where you get to enjoy the food in a dimly lit restaurant that is great for dates. It's clean and simple. If I were to come here again, I'd just go for the basic menu as the Wagyu and toro crudo were good but not crazily amazing. My family made a reservation because they wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to it. When it is your birthday, even a small detail feels a little more important. You want the night to feel special, smooth, and happy from the beginning. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there seemed to be a small issue with the reservation, and the table we were given was much smaller than expected. Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.
