My first time trying this place and it was amazing! I recommend going here. We got the tasting menu and a few other customizations. Nick, Joseph, and Elias took great care of us! The servers were attentive and really great overall. There were multiple courses of food that was served to us and each time we tried a new plate, the person would explain to us the origin and the recommend amount of bites for the dish. There are multiple different parts of the restaurant and each part is decorated differently and relates back to Spanish roots. I definitely want to come back!

We did a la carte during our visit and had the Foie Gras Cotton Candy, Jose's Taco, Cheesesteak, Setas al Ajilo and a 1.75lb Rosewood chuletta perfectly cooked medium rare. The cotton candy foie gras is interesting but may not be for everyone. The Jose Taco tastes exactly how it looks. These two we decided we could have done without but it's all personal opinions with taste and texture. The steak was cooked perfectly and would return for it again. The mushrooms were well seasoned and perfectly umami paired with the steak. Even though we declined dessert as we were stuffed our server still brought over a birthday pastry with candle and it was a very nice gesture. Overall worthwhile for any vegas trip.

We are repeating guests in the previous location at SLS (Sahara) and finally visiting this new location at Palazzo, one floor down the Palazzo lobby, you can take the elevator by Lavo down. In love with the interior design of this new spot, swag, vibing and full of luxurious energy and exotic brilliance. There are different seatings and environments from dim lighting velvet booths to people watching seatings by the strip and its open kitchen and butchers' station. Here tonight to check the menu and finalize our private dining for 25 ppl here later. Tried our previous favorite items including the foie gras cotton candy, the caviar and fish egg cones, the foie gras cotton candy is slightly bigger and tastes better than before. Also ordered their new items banh mi with pork belly. I never ordered the deserts at the old spot as there's always a plate of tiny assorted desserts served at the end. But we tried three of their most popular desserts tonight, all large portion and enough to share among 2-3 ppl. The citrus shaved ice is pretty with refreshing sourness. Cheesecake is rich with creamy texture. The flan is thicker and condensed than normal ones. Food is still on point, definitely love the new vibes, and they now have wine cellar and two private dining rooms downstairs.

    So excited for the meats!!

wow a very unique experience at bazaar meat. our server was very delightful from start to finish. he guided us through all the meats on the counter and even had us pick the specific meat that would be cooked. he was kind enough to ask if we had any plans after dinner so that we wouldn't be late and timed everything perfectly total for 2 people for à la carte came out to about $400 not including tip overall a great experience. would've been 5 stars if some of the items were more reasonably priced but quality is top notch ~ food: salt air margarita: 10/10 strong margarita and the salt air foam was very unique. our server explained that the intention was to have each sip have an even salt taste rather than having the salt rim be overpowering floral cloud 8/10 great presentation, drink was good but nothing special caviar cone: 9/10 creamy and slightly salty. very small for $22 a cone buttered potato puree: 9/10 very rich and creamy, but nothing too special cauliflower: 10/10 must get! the sauce adds a nice citrus flavor to the charred cauliflower washugyu: 10/10 wonderfully cooked and slightly salted

Came here for a work dinner - the flavors were fantastic and every item was texturally complex. I really enjoyed the silky, buttery mashed potatoes, juicy steak, addicting roasted peppers, tomato tartare (vegetarian alternative to beef tartare), and crispy chicharron cracker with airy wasabi dip. Desserts were fabulous: cold strawberry donuts, earl gray financier, and goat cheese basque cheesecake with hazelnut was tremendous!!!!

TL;DR: A feast for the senses with stunning design, standout visuals, and exceptional service. Eats: Noting we visited opening night and did the Bazaar Tasting Menu. Overall, the food was very good, especially the ribeye and buttered potato purée. That said, I think my expectations may have been too high because while everything was tasty and beautifully presented, nothing ended up being especially memorable flavor-wise. Service: FANTASTIC service. Everyone was fun, friendly, genuinely helpful, and impressively seamless for opening night. It honestly felt like watching a performance. Atmosphere: The space itself is striking and clearly thoughtfully designed. Our table sat right at the intersection of the bar + kitchen though, so between the movement, music, lighting, and nonstop activity, it felt extraordinarily immersive and exciting, but also overstimulating by the end of the night. That's actually what I remember most now since this review has been in my drafts for a while. Overall: If you love high-energy dining experiences with incredible aesthetics and top-tier hospitality, this place absolutely delivers. Very on-brand for Vegas.

So let me begin by saying that this place is worth every penny. Yes, it's expensive as hell and yes I went the day before I got strep throat (not the restaurants fault, I was feeling "off" all day and already made a reservation). But with that being said, everything was amazing. The food, the service, the ambience and everything else that Yelp suggests you mention in your review was off the charts. Every course was amazing and the next time I decide to splurge on dinner, this place will be on my list. Ps: apologies for the lack of photos

Such a great experience. Everything was so rich so the small portion size was perfect to just get a taste. I personally loved the bread that accompanied the tartar and the a5 Philly cheesesteak was decadent

Really great steak and drinks and so glad they relocated from the Sahara to the Venetian. Arguable best steak house in Vegas imho.also, when I was here Juneteenth weekend, Alex G. Was an amazing server and look after us well

The wife and I had dined at Bazaar Meat at its previous Sahara location on several occasions, but hadn't tried it since its move over to the Palazzo until last Sunday night. Bazaar Meat is a popular spot and we hadn't planned our night out much in advance, so we felt a bit fortunate to snag a reservation for 5PM as it opened for service. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and were immediately checked in, then guided to our table promptly at 5. The "new" Bazaar Meat looks nothing like its previous location. From the entrance to the bar and main dining room, the layout and design seemed far more upscale, cohesive, intentional, and better lit compared to the sprawling, somewhat hodge podge, layout in Sahara. Aesthetics aside, the most important question to me is did the same high-end, amazingly well-conceived and well-executed, delicious food make the move over to the Palazzo? The answer was a resounding "yes"! In the interests of a fair comparison, we kept it simple by opting for the Jose's Ultimate Experience tasting menu ($295) with wine pairings ($300). Jamón Ibérico de Bellota -- Sliced tableside Marinated `Ferran Adriá' Olives -- Signature Caviar Cone Cotton Candy Foie Gras -- Still great after all these years Smoke & Ice Oysters -- Great oysters, but use of smoke is tired "The Classic" Beef Tartare 'Not Your Everyday' Caprese Salad Gazpacho -- Loved it. Tasted exactly like the one I make out of Jose Andres' Made in Spain cookbook The Bazaar "Caesar" Salad -- Fine, but least exciting bite of the meal Bison Buffalo Style -- Good, but probably second least exciting bite Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Ribeye Steak Chuleton, Washugyu -- I liked this more than the A5 Setas al Ajillo Buttered Potato Purée -- Robuchon-style pomme puree Tarta de Queso -- I love Basque cheesecake The Good: Every bite of food was exceedingly well-conceived and executed with precision. Obviously, we had dishes we preferred over others, but everything was enjoyable and satisfying. All elements of service were impeccable. Every member of the service team that touched our table was friendly and attentive. The service captain did an excellent job ensuring proper pacing. We never felt rushed nor did we feel like we were waiting for the next course. The Bad: Nothing came remotely close to being "bad". That said, I do think Bazaar Meat's food offerings, both on the regular menu and especially on the tasting menus, have gone largely unchanged since the restaurant's inception and could use a serious refresh. Signature items are signatures for a reason. However, it's a bit of shame when an innovative restaurant like Bazaar Meat with a talented kitchen staff continue on the daily to serve up the "greatest hits" especially on a tasting menu and seemingly forget what made Bazaar Meat a destination dining must...inventive, innovative, exceptionally executed, whimsical, yet still delicious food. For me, one of the biggest draws of ordering tasting menus is that they frequently offer items not available on the regular menu. This isn't the case at Bazaar Meat. The Ugly: I felt the cost for the wine pairing was excessive and I didn't feel like I received anything close to good value. Don't get me wrong, I thought all six wines (3-4 oz pours) we received were enjoyable and paired nicely with the corresponding food courses. I appreciated that the somm took the time to introduce each wine and discuss his thought processes behind the pairing. While I certainly wasn't expecting pours of DRC, I felt the whole of the pairing exceeded the sum of its individual wines and didn't command its price which actually cost more than our Jose's Ultimate Tasting Menu itself. In summation, Bazaar Meat is as good as ever. The new location in the Palazzo is a much better fit. I love Bazaar Meat and I truly think it's one of Las Vegas' finest restaurants regardless of genre. That said, until there's a substantive refresh to its menu, I probably won't be returning. However, if you've never been to Bazaar Meat, then you really need to go...just skip the wine pairing.

I have many fond memories while dining at Bazaar in BH and was so disappointed when they announced its closure in 2020. Was thrilled they moved into the Venetian/Palazzo hotel as we could simply walk to dinner from our hotel room. The one bite I have been craving all these years was Chef Andrés take on a Philly cheesesteak. I used to eat 2-3 of these each time we dined at the original Bazaar. Started the meal with an ounce of ibérico jamón w/ an order of pà amb tomàquet (toasted tomato bread). Both were awesome and was the perfect amount for our party of 5. This was even more special as they slice the jamón table side. What's nice is that everyone can order a little of something as most snacks were 1pc/order. Won't go into detail but everything was as good as I remember it being. For the entree we opted for the Rosewood steak which was ~2lbs and was more than enough for us as not everyone was a huge steak eater. All of the sides were also delicious (brussel sprout petals, brown butter cauliflower, sautéed mushrooms and Okinawa sweet potato). The only let down were the desserts which were just ok in my opinion. Service was spectacular and will definitely be back.

At first we had a difficult time finding the place because we were expecting to see a big sign but there was none. Locate the Art's Square sign and walk toward the double doors straight ahead. The vibes are very intimate, emphasizes the arts, and every bartender and server is very friendly, even the hostess! First off, loved their menu booklet. I learned a lot about different drinks. I also loved that they had pictures that went with their drinks too. Seriously, lots of options! I also loved that they gave us a little card that had their most popular drinks based on taste. Our check came in a DVD plastic too, super nostalgic. I have not seen one of these in forever. Lol My friend and I ordered our first cocktail off this card and they were both incredible. I ordered the Crimes of Passion and she ordered the Dreamsicle. I like my cocktails sweet and these were both great. We ordered truffle fries off their small bites menu, which was enough to hold us over. For the second cocktail, my friend ordered the Nocturno Espresso. She liked it a lot, but it wasn't my preference since it was just a little bitter. I ordered what my bartender recommended me. I mentioned liking sweet drinks and he asked if I liked strawberries to which I replied "of course!" He made me a cocktail named the "Two Step" that I couldn't find on their menu but it was exactly the kind of drink I was looking for. We recommend making reservations. We tried to walk-in one night and they had a 30 minute wait, so we ended up booking a reservation on OpenTable for another day. They only take reservations for 6 people or less, this place is intimate after all. Looking forward to stopping in again!

We were greeted right away by the bartender and selected an espresso martini and Seasonal Fix with vodka. They also have a food menu with a decent selection to choose from. This bar reminds me of a trendy bar in New York or Mexico City. The music is good and the bartenders are friendly and cool to talk to. Our cocktails were crafted fresh and you can tell the bartenders put effort and care into your drinks. I would definitely return to Nocturno to try more cocktails or to try dinner there.

Walked in at around 8:30/9pm and it was pretty dead. My friend and I were able to secure a booth, which felt intimate. It was ample space for 2 people but I can imagine if you had 4 people you'd feel squished. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. Our bartender gave it to us with straws so you could probably sip it like a cocktail or take it like a shot. We liked the vibes in here due to its dark and intimate feel. We probably would have gotten a different vibe if we didn't have our own booth. I would come here again!

My absolute favorite bar of all time! 1000000000000000/10!!!…read more I could live at Dark Sister!!! It is my go to place to hang out with the girls on a night out! If I am in the arts district, I am at Dark Sister (if they're open... sometimes I'm there in the day and they are not open yet and I am sad. lol) It's moody, it's witchy, it's got all the Goth eclectic goodness! I love how it is decorated!!! It's giving dark academia, mixed with a séances, sprinkle in a little bit of dried flowers and top it with a tarot card. They have such a variety of seating, they have large loungey couches in the front, smaller couches with chairs and tables as you go inside, long and larger tables for larger groups in the back, a massive bar area with seating, as well as a gorgeous patio with bar seating as well as tables and loungey bench areas. It is comfy, cozy, and an amazing place to just chill and hang out. The music is always perfect. The lighting is the perfect dark dim. I have never felt more at home somewhere in my life. It is my happy place. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. If I go there it makes me happy! I absolutely love that they have a mocktail menu and that they rotate the drinks every season. I don't drink and also a lot of my friends don't either and their mocktail menu is a winner every single time, I've never had a drink there that I did not enjoy. Honestly, I would love if they had more mocktail options than they already do. I'm really glad that they added snacks!! Their snack tray is amazing I get it almost every time I'm there. The only thing I would like is for there to be more variety of snacks! I do love the chocolate covered espresso beans but somehow, I am the one that ends up finishing them and then I don't sleep... which is definitely a me problem but like... they're addictive man... we need something else chocolate, like, of course keep the chocolate covered espresso beans, but like maybe chocolate covered raisins or chocolate covered berries? If you guys added a charcuterie board... take our money!!! My friends, and I would never leave, Take all our money!! Like a witchy charcuterie board!! I absolutely love that they have an outdoor patio now!!! It is stunning! Being witchy in the fall is going to be amazing there!!! I've been going there since they opened and from the moment I walked in I was in love. I have watched as this bar has continued to grow, and it only gets better with age. I adore the staff, they are so sweet! They have always been nothing but kind and caring. If something is going down outside, they are locking us in and keeping us safe. I was there one time when there was a shooting going on outside and they immediately locked the doors until it was safe for us to leave. I appreciate how much they take safety seriously! I really love that every single time I go there it seems that they have added something new to make it an even more fun experience! They have a lot of really awesome places to take photos! Definitely cute place to have a girly witchy photo shoot! They do a lot of of events and classes, I haven't been able to go down for one of their events/classes yet, but I'm really dying to go take one of the crafty witchy classes! I love that they're not only a bar, but they're also trying to build community! Dark Sister is absolutely perfect. PERFECT. It is all I have ever wanted and more in a space. I will continue being a happy loyal customer for as long as we both shall live. Thank you, Dark Sister for existing... and making my life complete.

I can't remember what I got, but 1 of my friends got the spicy drink that comes in a skull glass with 2 peppers to look like horns, loved the presentation! We had great service from the hostess to the bartender! There was a place across the way playing live music, so that was nice in the space. Not sure if we could hear music out there without it. I thought the prices were pretty average for a bar downtown. We also gave the photo booth a try inside and came away with 2 great strips. Great place to stop in for a drink!

We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
