Long story short, Will, worked diligently to get the necessary permit, worked with my insurance company and with the sanitation department, dug a 12' deep trench, ran into unexpected, underground concrete that made the job harder than expected; but Will, and his crew kicked butt to make sure we could use our water and sewer ASAP. Will and his team were very professional and capable and did every task perfectly while showing great consideration for our busy commercial tenant's operations. I needed a septic tank to sewer conversion. I chose Avalon Services, Inc. because they did their research BEFORE submitting a bid. (Another firm had a lower "bid" but reserved the right to increase it when the project manager arrived to start work.) Since I had looked into this project several years earlier, I knew Avalon was more realistic. Will Feliciano, the owner, was very professional, kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with. So were his workers and Jose, his foreman. Will was usually there working alongside them. We ended up having to install a pump but Will had advised me before I signed the contract that it might be required. He only charged me for the pump; not the considerable extra labor. We had one miscommunication about a possible pipe replacement under my house. That would have been avoided had I placed it in the contract. We both thought the questionable pipe had been inspected internally during this project. Since the main project had been completed, I was very worried it wouldn't be addressed. In my experience, most contractors would have walked away or charged a fortune to do it. Will and I worked out an amicable solution. The work was completed at a later date at a fraction of the cost I had anticipated. He only charged me his cost with no profit. All in all, Avalon Services, Inc. provided high quality work and professional standards at a reasonable price. It's so nice to find an honest contractor who truly cares about customer satisfaction. Will also came up with an inexpensive solution to a problem created by a previous contractor who, instead of installing the plumbing for my washing machine underneath the floor, had placed it above the floor and built a platform to hide it. read more

this company is amazing. not only did they answer there phone on the first time calling with a knowledgeable person. they came right out the next day to inspect and the following day got the job done!!! I'm sure it was a bear too. Had to replace our water line from the meteor to the house. Did it with copper piping so no more leaked in the future. Not having any water to the house is not fun. He made extra effort to avoid damaging our hedge, even though the work was done in a tight space. I had a leak under my sink so I contacted Avalon to have someone check it out. It so happens that the previous owner didn't connect the drain pipe under my sink correctly. John came and spent a good amount of time trying to reconfigure the piping up to code. He recommended a permanent solution moving my drain pipe which required a bigger job to be done at a later time. I scheduled for the bigger job which was to be completed by another guy, Evan. John arrived with Evan to do a warm handoff before starting the job (which was really nice). At first, Evan attempted to try to reconfigure the pipes to potentially avoid the big job completely - which I did not ask for, he made this attempt on his own (looking out for me as a customer). He took some time but was able to figure it out! He Facetimed with one of the owners to review his work to make sure it was up to code. The owner commended his good work and the big job didn't need to be completed after all. They could've just moved forward with the original job a received more money, but they were looking out for me and saved me about half the amount I would've spent. I can tell this company really cares for its customers and treats them like people. I'm new to the area and I need a local plumbing company I can rely on.
